The usual silliness:

"He's a good kid, he works hard, keeps his nose clean."

Except for that bust where they caught him with another 30-something woman's credit card, jumping a turnstile.

It's the "he's a good kid" mentality that keeps victimizers on the street.

I want the world to know he raped me while my 7-year-old was asleep next to me

The suspect eventually fled, taking the woman's iPhone and $20 from her daughter's wallet, the victim said.

He covered my mouth and told me to be quiet. He said 'sshhh.' I kicked him and I pushed him. He was a little guy

I dunno, I just keep thinkin shenanigans. If you take everything she says at face value:

1) There is no mention of a weapon.
2) A 16 year old "little guy" over powered her in her bed.
3) He was savagely raped her while overpowering her kicks and pushes but in a manner so as not to wake the 7 year old.
4) Her 7 year old has $20 in a wallet.

Sorry, there's just zero chance this was savage rape. Rape is bad, so is lying about it.

When we were kids, my sister and I stayed at home alone during the summer while mom worked. Once a week or so, she'd leave us pizza money. We were dumb kids, so we never even thought of tipping the driver. All through elementary and middle school we ordered from Dominos, which was the only pizza that tasted good to us.

When I was old enough to drive, I got a job at that Dominos delievering pizzas myself. I learned firsthand that the drivers do not even make minimum wage. They have to rely on tips to make any money at all. So I can definately see how a delivery guy might get frustrated if someone wasn't tipping right.

The Dominos where I worked had this old 486 that they ran everything off. One slow afternoon, I was wandering through the file system and came across a password protected folder that was labeled with my home address. After a few tries, I guessed the password - AVOIDNOID69. Inside were hundreds of pictures of former dominos delivery guys, managers, even the owner, doing terrible things to pizzas - spitting on them, blowing their noses on them, wiping themselves with the crusts, even masturbating each other into their cheese. I couldn't help it - I threw up all over the monitor and keyboard.

I've long since switched to DiGiorno, but all secrets be told, I squeeze my dog and make him piss all over it before I bake it. I guess your tastes are all defined by what you grew up with.

Yeah. I don't understand why people don't lock their doors. This isn't rocket science. It's terrible what happened to her, and she is a victim, but she didn't do herself or her daughter any favors by leaving the door unlocked.

Then called the restaurant back and told them never to send that driver back to my place. They let me know that my complaint was the fifth they had received in the week he had been working for them.

It turns out nothing really happened except that she picked him up in a club, brought him back to her hotel room at 4:30 am to fark him, found pictures of her he had taken with his cell phone at the club and she went nutzso and called the cops.

Nah, all of that just makes her sound like a precious snowflake herself, who was unable to conceive of anything bad happening to her because she lives in a gated apartment in the good side of town. The Post is sleazy enough that they would have mentioned if the kid's side was that she opened the door wearing nothing but a robe as he was walking back to work. Lurid stories sell papers, the only thing more lurid than rape by a possibly-illegal is a young white mother seducing a possibly-illegal boy and crying rape.

Lindsay Lohan is as far into the redline on the crazy meter as you can get. She's so far off the charts that even thinking of sticking your dick in that is enough to make you regret it for life; if you actually did, your dick would probably explode in a shower of gore. Please don't generalize anything about the human race from her again.

Which is very possible, and people who know anything about rape wouldn't blame her - real people seize up with fear and shock, but try telling that to all of the people who will say "Why didn't you just scream and fight him off? Maybe you really wanted it?" and you start lying quick. TV shows always show rape/murder victims with skin under their nails and other signs of struggle, but the majority actually comply and just zone out to another place while they hope it's over quick. Unfortunately, if it is a lie and they find no bruises, she'll be torn apart when it goes to court and made to look as if she must have wanted it, which will be a travesty of justice.

LesserEvil: lock

Indeed, this guy was an opportunist and she became the opportunity by leaving her door unlocked. While it's terrible what happened to her, he would've moved on if she had locked the door.

Locks don't keep people out who really want to get in. They stop opportunists and keep honest people honest as well as to slow down people who really want to get in. But you can't expect to build anything to keep everyone out short of a vault in the middle of a military base. Even then, you can be thwarted by hot chicks flying around and spraying sleeping gas. But they're vulnerable to Sean Connery.

Either way, I hope this guy enjoys Rikers Island and Sing Sing.

Then called the restaurant back and told them never to send that driver back to my place. They let me know that my complaint was the fifth they had received in the week he had been working for them.

lennavan: I want the world to know he raped me while my 7-year-old was asleep next to me

1. If you are in fear for your life and the life of your child you're most likely going to assume someone trying to rape you came armed and will kill you.

2. Small does not mean weak.

3. I have a friend who admitted she and her husband had vigorous sex while sharing their bed with their 4yo, the kid didnt wake up. Which is farking gross wtf. My 7yo and baby have slept through tornado sirens, an earthquake, and our security alarm going off at 2am. When I was a kid our car got side swiped by a semi, my brother was 3 and asleep on the back seat, didnt wake up. Some kids will sleep through damn near anything.

4. My 7yo has $40, shes been saving it for months. Its in a purse though, not a wallet

I delivered pizza's for two years when I was in college. Friday and Saturday night the offers were fairly common, groups of girls invite you in or to come back after your shift, people answering the door semi nude to stark naked, both male and female. I had one couple that somehow incorporated the pizza into their sexual activity. I did not want to know how, but it was obvious that they were right in the middle. They ordered like clockwork every Friday night.

spentmiles: When we were kids, my sister and I stayed at home alone during the summer while mom worked.

My kids (7 and 8) keep wallets, they carry $20 at a minimum. That's a cab/subway/bus ride home, maybe some food. We check every week at allowance time to make sure it's there - it always has been.

Don't get me wrong - I'd freak the hell out if either of them showed up to the house in a cab. But this teaches them that they can't spend every dime they have in their wallet.

Maybe it is because some of us understand that 1) it's an article in the NY Post and 2) she said that he told her to be quiet and she kicked him then he left and 3) she claims to have been savagely raped, with her seven year old daughter sleeping next to her. This is unlikely. Asleep or not, children are pretty much programmed to respond to alarms and distress from mother. So we ain't buying the story.

To be fair, a lot of people found Ted Bundy and Michael Ross were "good kids" too. This is because they were exceedingly charming and very good at fooling people about themselves.

That said, would you say he was an "awful kid" if you'd never seen evidence or cause to believe that was the case? And if so, are you a lying douchebag by habit, or does it just come naturally?

I was skeptical up until she was quoted as saying the pizza place "has to pay" and NOW she'll start chaining her door at nights. Then I realized that there's a good probability that she's full of shiat. Chances are, her married lover that was paying her bills is no longer doing so, so she's trying to find another payday someplace else.

There is no mention of a weapon.
The kid who raped her she described as "a little guy." Little guy is relative. Who I consider little is very different than who Shaquille O'Neal considers little. This lady considered him a little guy.
She doesn't want the dude who raped her to pay, she wants the pizza place to pay.
Her seven year old slept through the ordeal.

It wasn't savage rape. What it was I don't know but it wasn't savage rape.

Cesar Lucas, 16, was busted at his boss' 10th Ave. pizzeria shortly after dropping off a pie in the building and then sexually assaulting his shocked victim, cops said.

"I screamed," the shaken 35-year-old woman told the Daily News in an apartment still covered with black fingerprint dust. "It took him about 30 seconds. I said, 'Get off of me,' and I pushed him.

"He said, 'I'm sorry,' and ran out.

She could be making the whole thing up. Many rape claims are completely false.

DiCanio (1993) states that while researchers and prosecutors do not agree on the exact percentage of false allegations, they generally agree on a range of 2% to 8%.[14]
Taylor (1987) wrote that "suspicion and disbelief of women who charge men with rape have for centuries had a stranglehold on [...] laws nominally designed to protect women against rape. As a result, many women did not report or prosecute rapes because the process was so often humiliating."[15]

Doesn't matter.

I don't doubt he entered her apartment, maybe even grabbed her cooch or something. It's not savage rape.

I know, what a lying biatch. There's "rape," "rape-rape," "legitimate rape" "snuggly and cuddly rape," "professional rape" "gluten-free rape" and "savage rape." Her imprecision is just irresponsible.

There is also "sexual assault." Agreed, her imprecision is indeed irresponsible and disrespectful to victims of actual savage rape.

No, no. The part where he confessed to raping her. Whatever people think "savage" is is moot.

That's not an admission of rape. I never actually thought this lady made up the home invasion bit.

Com'on Len. And the girl who's drink gets spikked then passes out... that's not a 'savage rape' either cause she didn't fight back. Or the girl who's too scared to try and fight off her attacker and therefore doesn't have any bruises. The argument just sounds a bit too legitimately rapey...

I actually knew a really hot pizza delivery girl. She was one of those rare Florida girls who was legitimately busting her ass to get through college and worked two jobs.

Oh , man....good times.

foxyshadis: lennavan: I want the world to know he raped me while my 7-year-old was asleep next to me

Or getting horny, seducing him on an impulse, and then shiat turns bad when he decides to rob her and threaten to harm her, so she wants as much revenge as possible and instead of just claiming robbery, goes with the rape charge since his actions, post-coitus, changed how she felt about the sexual encounter. That's probably not what happened, but it's one possibility. I'm leaning towards believing her though.

Al_Ed: spentmiles: When we were kids, my sister and I stayed at home alone during the summer while mom worked.

I've missed you...

You've completely left reasonable discussion, facts and reality and instead went to just herpin and derpin. You then claim I'm the one doing it. This is your way of admitting you realized you were wrong but also realizing you're far too dug into this argument to admit you were wrong, so you have to divert the conversation and pretend you won, right?

sodomizer: The usual silliness:

"He's a good kid, he works hard, keeps his nose clean."

Except for that bust where they caught him with another 30-something woman's credit card, jumping a turnstile.

It's the "he's a good kid" mentality that keeps victimizers on the street.

Couple years ago we had a guy that was 30 something years old, spent more of his life in prison than out, had a multitude of violent felony convictions, and had been out of prison less than 5 months when he was shot dead trying to run over a cop while driving a stolen SUV at the end of a high speed chase where he accidently hit like 5 parked cars and a house, and intentionally rammed 2 police cruisers.

His family wanted to sue the local police, the state police(he was trying to run over the local and the statie shot him) and the city. They refused to believe he would do what the cops and all the eye-witnesses agreed he did because he was a really nice guy that was working hard to turn his life around. He was black, the statie was white and the local he tried to run down was black. So the family was convinced it was racism cause the white cop shot him.

Law-enforcement sources said he tried a few doorknobs until he found the victim's unlocked - and went inside.
So she left her door unlocked? Good job!

"I'm so angry, He just f--ked up everything," she said.
Next to rape, being a sloppy guest is the worst thing you can do.

"I'm scared. I want to sleep with a chain on and I'm going to keep the door locked," she said.
That is always a good idea

But the victim wasn't buying it. "These a--holes are going to say he's a good kid? I want that pizzeria to pay," she fumed.
The pizzaeria didn't do anything wrong sweetheart. The guy who raped you? Yes. You leaving the door unlocked? Yes. Pizzeria hiring a kid to deliver? No.

Her brave daughter stayed home to comfort her shaken mother.
With mom being a crying mess, the kid was terrified. Way to sheild your kid who isn't old enough to understand rape.

Lucas has lived in a two-bedroom apartment with his parents, two brothers and three sisters for about five years, the super said.
Am I reading this correctly? 8 people in a two bedroom apartment? That alone might be enough to drive me over the edge.

Something doesn't smell right here, and it's not the anchovies.

The fact that she said she kicked him and pushed him, "he was a little guy," makes me wonder whether there was actual penetration. Maybe he just humped her a few times.

And I'm going with the idea that NOT locking your door in an urban apartment building while you sleep is beyond careless or naive. Are we sure she wasn't expecting him to "drop by"?

Finally, the building looks like the one on the opening credits of The Jeffersons.

What a sicko.... to a 16 year old boy, a 35 year old woman is like an 85 year old woman is to a 30 year old man, or something like that. Not exactly sure of the equation, but 35 is old old.

In HS, I had a friend whose 37 year old mother was smoking hot. I can assure you that we didn't think of her as an old woman and would have done her, if she'd been into screwing teenaged boys. It isn't the age so much as the allure. A horny 16 year old will at least consider farking anything.

foxyshadis: Alonjar: Something about this just seems off.

I'm going to go with she was actually raped, but she didnt bother trying to stop him or fight him off. He just told her to be quiet and she did what he wanted.

Unfortunately, if it is a lie and they find no bruises, she'll be torn apart when it goes to court and made to look as if she must have wanted it, which will be a travesty of justice.

her daughter was lying next to her, what could have happened to her if she fought and didn't win. A 16 year old boy if he is fit is probably stronger than a woman.

Any woman with good genes that keeps herself up can easily be smoking hot well into her 30s and 40s, with anyone from 13 to 63 drooling over them; I know I had some teachers I wouldn't have minded helping out in high school and even middle school. Where the fark do you get the idea that 16-year-olds can't find MILFs hot? Who do you think invented the term?

Dumbass tag for the woman. Although nobody should be raped even if you accidentally left the door unlocked, it was still her mistake to have left it ready for anyone to just open. Her mistake led to her rape by a horny pizza boy.

Since he was 16, and therefore a minor, doesn't this mean that, technically, she raped him???

CapeFearCadaver: This one delivery guy creeped me right the fark out a few months ago... the whole sneering eyes and smirk, and of course the tone of his voice as he tried to 'compliment' me... it wasn't a compliment, it was... gah, giving myself the heebie jeebies just thinking about it. I've been stared at and had nasty things said to me by strangers before and while annoying I'd simply ignore, not a big deal.
This guy, it was different, and he was at my front door. I gave him my very best evil eye, scratched out the tip I had written on the charge receipt and told him to fark off. The dog picks up my uneasiness and starts growling so he scampered off.
Then called the restaurant back and told them never to send that driver back to my place. They let me know that my complaint was the fifth they had received in the week he had been working for them.

Well I certainly wouldn't rape anyone, since I'm not an animal...I delivered pizzas about 2 years ago to supplement a poker/sports gambling hobby of mine (I know I know, being responsible with a 2nd job in order to fund a worthless degenerate, the irony is not lost), and 1 night I went to this huge house up in the hills where the rich people lived. 3 girls answered, no older than 14-15...all wearing pajamas that were LOW cut. Like, Pubic bone low. Thankfully I wore my baseball hat and just kept my head low. There's that split second where you tell them no tip necessary, or just keep watching them bend over/fumble around for what little they had left for money.

I told em no tip, and left.

It's ok to look and smell, guys. But no touching, no tasting. Keeps you on the straight and narrow.

What is the true definition of "rape"? Does it require actual penetration? If this guy dry humped her through her pajamas for 30 seconds or blew his load in her hair while she was sleeping, does that count as rape or some kind of sexual assault?

spentmiles: When we were kids, my sister and I stayed at home alone during the summer while mom worked.

I guess your tastes are all defined by what you grew up with.

spentmiles, i love you a little more each day. I envy your incredible talent.

I can't imagine your disappointment that they were doing things to your pizza. I was expecting your mom.
