Why the hell would you let a masseuse inject vitamins into your face?

Gunther: Why the hell would you let a masseuse inject vitamins into your face?

Because you want to look like a middle-aged Filipina welterweight, duh

2012-09-30 01:35:57 AM
I've injected good deal of vitamin rich substances into masseuses in the past but never the other way around. That's just asking for trouble.

2012-09-30 01:36:28 AM
Why would anyone pay $900 to let someone (not a doctor) inject anything into your face?

2012-09-30 01:36:38 AM
She probably could have hired a few Farkers for $20 each to spread some rejuvenation cream on her face if you know what I mean.

/and I think you do

not legally authorized to provide injections or practice medicines.

Medicines? How many are there?

My very reaction. There is a reason most regulations exist, and public health & safety is right up there in terms of justification. This is why we frown upon untrained morons injecting things into clueless morons - to protect both the untrained morons and the clueless morons.

Not a spa or a tranny -- but still our favorite state.

She did hip and butt "enhancements" by injecting bathroom caulk, cement, Super Glue, Fix-A-Flat and mineral oil. Word to the wise: if someone performs medical procedures in a Motel 6, they might not be totally legit.

Even if they also perform the procedures on themselves.

This only furthers the incorrect assumption by most women that injecting, cutting, or applying suction to you body will make you more attractive to the opposite sex.

/it will, however, still get you more attention

With one really good ad campaign, you could get women to not only believe that the pigface look was the height of beauty, but get the to flock to plastic surgeons in droves begging to get plastic surgery to look like that.

/Meanwhile, us guys will be over here, hitting on the "ugly" Donna Douglas types.

Results from injections still not as bad as results from aging. That daughter will one day look like that mother.

That is terrifying :(

Because medical schools and several hundred years of science to back up current methodologies are elitist.

This is why homeopathy, crystal energy, the supplement industry, and snake oil salesmen are a protected class in the US because of willful ignorance by the masses to exercise their right to reject facts and reason.

900 bucks to let someone perform multiple injections into your face of some bogus vitamin crap? Vitamins don't work that way. How can someone so stupid even manage to scrape together the money necessary for a day at a luxury spa?

Many of us would be quite happy with a government that does not protect morons from their own folly (at the expense of non-morons). This is, after all, a government service that can only have value for those who have sympathy for the maladaptively stupid.

Come to think of it, I'm posting this from a country (Cambodia) that does not protect morons from their own folly. It turns out that in such an environment there doesn't ensue such a great catastrophe of lemming-like self-destruction. People acquire the habit of using good sense rather than expecting Big Brother to childproof the nation as though all society were a nursery. Sure, some people do insist on perishing by stupidity, but their friends and family get over this by burying them, and life moves on. Things are cheaper here too.

That's because they rely on the gov't or somebody else to protect them and never develop any common sense or personal responsibility.
My aesthetician is also a massage therapist and has had schooling as well as all the proper licensing. True professionals would never attempt this type of bogus bullsh*t. 890 may have been what she paid for a series of these 'treatments'. She's an idiot for sure but no one deserves that.
