There's a Psych musical episode happening? This will either be glorious or terrible. We know Dule can sing but can Roday?

They do good homage episodes. Their Twin Peaks and Hitchcock episodes were great.

Roday was lead singer of some band in college. That could still mean he can't sing, but he seemed okay during the "Private Eyes" spoof promo video they ran a few years ago.

Lassie on drums!

Roday popping up at :40 always cracks me up. And yeah, he's all right, but he isn't great at singing. Omundson is actually pretty good I think, so as long as the episode is Lassie-heavy, it'll be good. Of course, any episode that is Lassie-heavy is good. So as long as Lawson isn't as bad as Sarah Chalke was in the Scrubs musical, it ought to be pretty damn good.

The show is hit or miss imo but the chemistry between the leads is pretty great. They must have a blast on set.

I'd say either glorious or gloriously bad. It certainly won't be dull, I'm sure.

Lassie is great, but what makes Omundson even more awesome is the fact that he did this:

yeah, some of the best moments from the show are just banter between shawn/gus/lassiter/juliet

And any time Cary Elwes shows up.

He was a solid football player, but singing seems to be a stretch.

To hell with Psych, what I want to know is when Bostwick is making Megaforce II.

Wife watches it, I really should get into it.  Every episode i've seen has been pretty smart.

Put me in the crowd that thinks Psych is a mixed bag, but that the cast is amazing.

Seriously, I'd watch a spinoff series with this cast.

I never saw an episode of Twin Peaks before I saw that episode but somehow recognized it as a homage to Twin Peaks (it's hard to miss Twin Peaks' impact on pop culture even if you never saw the show) so after that, I'm watching Twin Peaks on Netflix and not only is Twin Peaks awesome, the related Psych episode is even funnier.

Met him once when he took his kids to the New York Renaissance Faire. He was a really nice, down to earth, guy.

The DVD version adds about 20 minutes of footage to the episode.
