I always argued the same. His sentence was a little stiff for never killing anyone, and based on the assumption that people are born with "free-will", this also shows that the killers had chose to kill and leave Charlie out of the crimes. I say release him.

I think it would be hilarious if they let him back into society. I am also willing to bet he wouldn't kill unless he didn't receive said attention or followers. I do believe that he would get some followers. Why? People like to being told what to do.
