Well, you're not allowed to firebomb whole cities or target civilian populations any more, and i would think that surrendering German or Japanese troops were sometimes massacred my lai style. "Sorry, fritz, i can't understand you"

Actually, doglover, I think I would have used the Captain picture for any remarks along the lines of "and we would NEVER use this on our own citizens, nor have we contemplated it."
