It was God who caused their deadly blunders!

/I really should not be farking on Yom Kippur.

An almost unbelievable string of blunders led detectives to the four men police believe are responsible for the Sept. 10 armed robbery of a Greentown convenience store.

So the cops didn't mean to actually catch them?

I must say, that's pretty impressive that the suspects' own surveillance camera is strongly helpful evidence.

According to a press statement issued by the sheriff department Tuesday, four assailants walked into the Smart Mart convenience store, 713 W. Main St., Greentown, around 5 a.m. on the 10th.

I was wondering what their checklist looked like: Aruba, Jamaica, ooo I wanna take ya, Bermuda, Bahama, come on pretty mama, Key Largo, Montego...

Smartphones are worth $300-$600 on the used market (if you flip them fast enough or are selling legitimately) . How do you not think to demand them? Depending on the shop a few smartphones could rival the register contents.

CSB: When John Phillips was writing that song, they had that part of the chorus...but didn't have a title. "Kokomo" was chosen because it fit the rhyme/meter. I challenge anyone to find anything beach-related with the word Kokomo that existed before the movie "Cocktail."

FTFA: "as well as equipment associated with marijuana cultivation"

That's how. Stoners are stupid.

It's an extreme stretch, but there's a Kokomo Beach Family Aquatic Center on the river.

I've been around long enough to know there are two kinds of robberies:
the ones that get away with it, and the ones who leave witnesses.

Having lived there, that's even more of a stretch......while there's a Kokomo, Hawaii, it's a hillside community, not a beach. The one you mention is the former "Seashore" swimming pool, which was demolished in 2001 or so, and re-built as "Kokomo Beach" over the next year. Its previous incarnation was a death trap of a pool, with a 9-foot drop-off in the middle of the pool....and the nearby 'river' is a creek just downstream from one of the largest EPA Superfund sites in the country.

If you don't take out the battery a stolen cell phone will lead the cops right to you.
