Well you wouldn't want the kids to get bored.

"...prompting a sergeant to get the kids food at McDonalds before Child Protective Service took them into custody."

That's child abuse!

Sorry, Subby, but you're talkin' about the Pacific Northwest here. This is how all our mothers got us kids around back in the day.

They shouldn't have pulled over due to the nature of the country.

It's not like the kids were alone in the trunk.

So close to a great Jerome K Jerome reference.

"Three kids in a trunk - to say nothing of the dog"

So tell me again why it's okay to require tests for cars and guns, but not for parenthood?

PETA outraged about the dog in the trunk.

The poor dear was confused. She attempted to smuggle the dog and children and had the drugs riding with her in the front seat. Why, I wouldn't be surprised if the drug stash was even properly secured. Man, I feel for her. He who is without sin and all that. Amiright?

Farking THIS. Good god people, it's called "birth control". USE IT. Just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you SHOULD.

Just dropped in to congratulate subby on spelling paraphernalia correctly. I am shocked, truly shocked, that it was done.

"Paraphernalia" refers to a collection or at a minimum more than 1 item. There is no singular version of the word. Every day throughout our country numerous charges regarding paraphernalia are brought down on suspects who are only carrying a single drug-related item.

I call shenanigans.

That's demonstrably wrong. Yes, it is true there is no singular version of the word but in construction, it means either singular or plural.

There's no singular for "shenanagin" either.

Legalize it!

Has it ever been necessary? Shenanigans are like Pringles, there's no such thing is getting into just one.

Kudos, on the other hand, is singular. The plural is 'kudoi'.

So the officer went through her trunk at speed and then pulled her over or what? That's what it says.

Definitely. + eleventy.

You know how it is. It's really easy to get carried away with the packing when you do a little speed, a little meth, a little heroin, even some precription drugs ... an elderly woman in Florida was arrested when the police found her husband in her purse.

It was a granny purse, but all the same, it was crowded in there. The average purse contents normally require a suitcase but most Grans have a purse that's roomier on the inside than the Tardis.

Neat. I've been amusing myself for a while now for pluralizing 'dufus' as 'dufii'. Likely incorrect, but just try not to smile while using it.
