TXEric: DaCaptain19: pagansexgod: 1. Since when did America get so blase about murders that "Teen killed in early morning shooting" is NOT NEWS!!!

2. Where does it say his fb name was Bang Bang?

3, Irony - I don't think that word means what you think it means

4. Who green lights this shizzle?

I can answer #1 coming from a city that's reached a level of expertise in killing you've never experienced - Chicago (most murders in U.S. by FAR). First, I don't give a fat f*ck when the gangbangers are killing each other. Good for them.

But of course gangbangers can't shoot worth sh*t so we get your 9-year-olds getting murdered and so forth leading to reason #2 - we're totally habituated to hearing about people killed. In Chicago a fatal accident doesn't even make the news.

99% of it is gangbangers shooting at some "rival" house of course missing the target entirely and killing the relatives instead. Frankly, I don't have the time or energy to give a rats ass.

The only thing I mind is that these events lead to talks of "gun control" as if that would help. If that's the answer, why does a city with the strictest gun laws in a county with the strictest gun laws in a STATE with the strictest gun laws have the highest murder rate in the U.S.?

Easy answer -
Because criminals don't follow the laws anyway.
Who was the Mafioso that worked for Gotti who said "The mob loves gun control - if they take yours away, we will still have ours"?

That was a rhetorical question but of course THIS. The most laughable thing is Mayor Rahm E-f*ck-you-all talking about "values" and all these "crusades" with signs reading "Stop Killing" or whatever...like the gangbangers give a f*ck. Of course the crusaders are all black...hey, ain't it YOUR taint-stains doing all the shooting? How the f*ck are you raising your kids (answer: Not).

An armed society is a polite society. And just between me and and you I conceal-carry here even though it is illegal. F*ck the laws, I'm arming myself - I have a CCH permit (in KS) - and I'm a damn good shot.

archichris: srhp29: pagansexgod: 2. Where does it say his fb name was Bang Bang?

On Facebook. I wondered too so I put his name in the facebook search. Only one match. I assume subby looks up everyone from news articles on Facebook. I also assume subby did more than just find a hit on the name to confirm it was the same person. I did not.

I was having a local fiscal debate with some people on facebook at a local news page.....and there is this guy who is just being an ass....willfully ignorant, yelling about the 1% etc...... Which is a little odd for this news page, but whatever. So eventually I took a look at his profile just to make sure he wasnt a spam account......90% of his friends on facebook had "nicknames" in place of middle names......like john "t-bone" smith and jane "420honey" doe.

The moral is, if you want to be taken seriously, drop the gang names before you engage in local politics......

Damn...so much for my "Elect Killbot" signs in my bid for Mayor of McCheeseland.

Are you often in the habit of answering your own questions?

CHL (what they call it in TX) holder here - just wondering, if you have a CCH why is carrying illegal in KS?

/Providing it's basically the same as in TX.
//Originally from KS, BTW.
//I know we have reciprocity between our states.
