I love when these retarded little "outrages" get manufactured and you can go to Google and see a big long list of right-wing noise sites with the same headline at the same time about the same thing....

Every time. No exception. Townhall, Malkin, Blaze, Jammie... all just happened to discover the exact same "story" at the exact same time and gave it nearly the exact same title....

How long has it been since any conservative in the U.S. has actually had his own independent thought now anyway?

netizencain: Altalib is an Iraqi-born Muslim identified by the FBI as a Muslim Brotherhood operative before he moved to America in the 1970s to earn an advanced electrical engineering degree from Purdue University in Indiana. By his own account, Altalib "soon became active in Islamic work in North America, which continues to this day."

He was the "first full-time director of the Leadership Training Department of the Muslim Students Association of the United States and Canada (MSA)" - a longtime Muslim Brotherhood front group whose explicit goal is to "conquer" America through Islamic propagandizing.

Altalib is also a founding member of the SAAR Foundation and the International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT). Last year, his online biography proudly notes, he was "awarded the ISNA (Islamic Society of North America) Community Service Award." The Saudi-subsidized ISNA is regarded as the primary U.S. umbrella group for Muslim Brotherhood fronts and was named specifically by the global MB godfathers as a key player in their "Grand Jihad" strategy of infiltration from within.

SAAR was founded in Herndon, Va., in 1983 as part of a radical Islamic charity front for Saudi financiers called the SAFA Group. The feds raided SAAR's offices in 2002 as part of Operation Green Quest. Investigators confiscated 500 boxes and seven trucks' worth of documents illuminating the network's terror ties to the Al Taqwa Bank (a Swiss-based Muslim bank suspected of funding the 9/11 plot) and the Muslim Brotherhood.

Altalib worked for one of Al Taqwa Bank's main owners, Youssef Nada. Altalib's more prominent Muslim Brotherhood partner, Jamal Barzinji (one of the champions of the Ground Zero mosque), also worked for Nada. FBI and Customs officials believe SAAR/SAFA laundered money for a plethora of violent Muslim terrorist groups, from Hamas and Hezbollah to al-Qaida and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

Along with several other leaders of the "Ikhwan" (brothers), Altalib and Barzinji established the I ...

What is amazing to me is that people think that you can't talk to other religions. President Obama was meeting with him. So what? He can't meet with anyone other than christians? It is ridiculous. People have the wrong idea about the Muslim Brotherhood to begin with. People need to be able to accept that there is more than one religion in the world. The President can meet with whoever he wants to and just because he is meeting with this person doesn't mean that there is a conspiracy. My ex-husband was muslim (not Nation of Islam, but he was from Palestine). Guess what? I am still christian and he is still muslim. Get over it right wingers. This is why people hate you (right wingers).

By it's very nature conservatism, which seeks to preserve the status quo or to return to a perceived superior past, discourages independent thought.

I just did some quick research (OK, wiki search) on the Muslim Brotherhood.

Here is what Wiki says about the Muslim Brotherhood:
The movement officially opposes violent means to achieve its goals, although it at one time encompassed a paramilitary wing and its members were involved in massacres, bombings and assassinations of political opponents; notably Egyptian Prime Minister Mahmoud an-Nukrashi Pasha and the movement's own founder Hassan al-Banna. The movement has been criticized by al-Qaeda for its support for democratic elections rather than armed jihad.

Why are we supposed to be afraid of the Muslim Brotherhood?

It IS a clever code, it's an anagram for Labia Hails Myth - a clear reference to female religious practice.

Also Aliyah Lamb'shiat, so it could have been an attempted false-flag whack mission by the Mossad!

Devil's Advocate here: the Muslim Brotherhood is to radical Wahabbists what Democratic Socialist parties are to Bolsheviks. They are more socially acceptable because they advocate peaceful and democratic solutions, but as a result they're an even greater threat to their ideological opponents because it is harder to demonize their cause and you have a harder time casting them as illegitimate when they do gain power through the ballot box instead of by the sword.

Muta: Why are we supposed to be afraid of the Muslim Brotherhood?

Because even though the MB is a complex historical and fractitious movement with its own liberal and conservative wings and lots of different internal competing agendas, it is composed of brown people who are usually Muslim and believe that Islam should play a prominent role in geographical areas that it has played a prominent role in for far longer than the United States has even been a country. And given the ignorance of most Americans about anything beyond their own shores, they are a ripe target to be the next BOOGA-BOOGA-BOOGA-MAN, as long as we don't seal our doom by...talking to them.

Because ALL Muslims, like all Liberals, are identical and concerned only with mass murder and world domination. Plus they're, like, Communists or something.

2) BROTHERHOOD. You know which racial group is known for calling other people of that same race "brother"? That's right. BLACK PEOPLE.

So therefore, the MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD is an organization of evil brown and black people. Aren't YOU afraid of brown and black people? If not, what are you trying to hide?!

Funny Romney doesn't say it's "disavowed" he says it's "debated" that is a lot different then "disavowed".

You mean the religious organization that says it's ok to lie to further their cause and doesn't let outsiders know about their actual official doctrine is telling people that they aren't going to turn the US into a theocracy? Imagine that.

I am not saying Romney is a "Secret Mormon Manchurian candidate" but it seems like we have a very different bar about asking him questions about his religion that he says his entire life is based on and he was a bishop of then for any other candidate of the past. Even though he is probably one of the most religious candidates we've had in modern history.

Right the "White Horse Prophecy" that's why it has a name and been around since the start of Mormonism and is credited to been created by Joseph Smith, Jr and idea embraced by Bringham Young because it has never existed! Just like when you ask Scientologist about Xenu the say that is made up and also never existed too.
