One of my predictions has been that people would surgically eliminate their navels as a fashion statement. This bagel-head makes that look utterly reasonable.

Just think of what the cheap Chinese copies will look like. Especially with substitution of obligatory pee-pee and melamine adulterant for saline.

In Japan it's still taboo to get a tatoo. Almost every compamy and onsen resort bans people with tattoos, extreme piercings, and so on. Those that do have work done usually hide it.

Even in the darkest of dark alleys, I haven't seen anyone with these silicone injections. Clearly "trend" means 0.00000025% of the population of Tokyo.
