I can understand Mr Palmer not being on the list with him being dead and all, but NO BRIAN FERRY? I'll say good day to this list!

Umm there is actually of a lot of guys on that list that wore tight pants/skinny jeans. If you aren't a lardass ,and you have a penis bigger than 5 inches, than there is nothing wrong with skinny jeans. The ladies have a right to examine our genitalia through the jeans and determine if we are worthy to plow them.

Half the people on that list are dead.

Am I missing something? Was there a link to embiggen the photos, or do you have to click on each one individually to see them as bigger than a thumbnail? I didn't see Leonard Cohen in the group, although he may be there and I just can't tell. If he's not there, he should be.

When my grandpa died, when I found out my uncle had lukemia, when my childhood dog died....there are very few things in my life that I've seen sadder than that picture.

I am a firm believer that all men who wear skinny jeans are gay. It is a prejudice that I don't think I will ever be able to shake.

Kanye West but no Bryan Ferry - that's a great big sign that list is farked. Also, where's Keef? He may be a bit grubby, but it is a definite style.

Chet Baker....

Fantastic trumpet player, and when he sings, he rips your guts out with the pain in his voice.

Check it out.

Also, yes, he dressed very well.

Worst list ever. It should start and end with Dean Martin. He should be in the middle a few times too

It was nice to see Ian Curtis in that list. I always thought he was a snazzy dresser for the music he sang.

True. Palmer always looked relaxed and natural even in a tie and jacket.

Too bad Bowie is always featured in his Ziggy pose. The Thin White Duke was way more stylish, and his current look of bespoke suits in tweeds and herringbones really set him off as the Grand Old Man of Rock.

I dunno, Hank III is a pretty well known Fluevog enthusiast. He might often wear taped up black hightops on stage, but he has a pretty good selection of nicer stuff.

Here's Graham Bonnet, a guy I've never seen on lists like this. I've never seen him on stage without a suit and tie, though it's easy to be distracted by his wide vocal range.  Aside from solo work, he's been in bands like Alcatrazz, MSG, and Rainbow.

Paul Weller?

Keith Richards (well, his girlfriend Anita Palenberg) pretty much invented the rockstar costume. Charlie Watts is easily the best dressed rock star of all time. Seriously, google around, even his 80s stage costumes were well tailored, attractive and damn near classic. It's nearly impossible to see a picture of him in a bad outfit, even his super casual looks are perfect. Of modern performers I have to say Mark Ronson always looks well put together and whoever mentioned John Legend is also right. He always looks sharp. The guys from Duran Duran have some seriously to the minute costumey trendy looks which can make them look ridiculous in 5 years but my God, if you can't take risks when you're a rock star, life isn't worth living.
