FTFA: "A year ago there was heightened concern that social search - especially the integration of Bing and Facebook - could be disruptive to Google's core search attractiveness," he wrote. "To date, there has been no real evidence of social search disruption."

Social search? Sounds like some BS marketing buzzword dreamed up by a business development team over at Facebook. Get this guys - when somebody searches for something online, they want results tailored to them, not vaguely related results based on what their 473 "friends" have also searched for or hit the like button on because the vendor was giving away free shiat if they did so.

But I'm sure they're still trying to sell this rheotoric to investors and businesses alike.

I have a sneaking suspicion that people will be jumping the Facebook ship after election day.

They amount of people blocking and being blocked will be staggering (Assuming you haven't already blocked you annoying Uncle Pete.)

Even God gets those, "No, that movie wasn't with Gwyneth Paltrow! It was... F*ck, what's her name..." moments

Ugh...I would pay money to get only results that haven't been liked by my friends. There's a whole lot of fail in their shopping habits.
