That image brings back some bad, bad memories from childhood. We were driving home and passed an accident scene. The woman driver had a mascara brush impaled in her left eye, almost to the handle.

*shudder*

Having never done heroin, but being a fan of the reefer. Driving while high, especially for a long term stoner is a piece of cake, newbs are usually TOO stoned to consider driving high for at least several months. I've only seen one person on H, and she was in a word, dead. Once she shot up she ceased the ability to talk, move, or really engage in anything; like she had collapsed into her own world. To my knowledge she never drove until well after the peak.

More curious than anything, though I'll never touch heroin, mainly because that same girl OD'd a few years after I moved away. That is something that no matter how hard I try, I can't OD on weed.

Haha true on the noobs. Someone who is not me is a waay better driver when smoking because he meticulously follows every single mundane traffic law--even stopping on a red to turn right. When not smoking (and not riding dirty) this person tends to drive 60 in a 35 because the consequence are less if caught (without anything illegal.)

Yeah, you shouldn't shoot heroines. They're usually pretty nice girls and try to do the right thing.

so that he could use it during the day to shoot up

Ah yes, the inevitable " I can drive better stoned " crowd. Dude, it just isn't true no matter how bad of a driver you are while sober. One day you'll learn. Or not.

The odds are the asshole doing 45 in the middle lane of a 60 is on the phone, although I'd love it if cops assumed that farking biatch was high.

Yes, it's mostly women who I want to yell at. I should get a horn the announces "hang up and drive!"

As many women as I've seen doing that, I've also seen one juggling a cigarette in the mix, and I think she might've had a cup of coffee too.

The ones that piss me off are the ones who drive while holding their phone like:

ihelpulearn.com

I know, seems innocuous, but they drive as bad or worse than people who hold the phone to their head. Stop holding your farking phone like a tostada and buy a cradle or a bluetooth headset so I don't have to wait for you to figure out how to keep your car straight and how to not constantly vary your speed between half the speed limit and ten miles under it.

I may not be a better driver high than sober, but I'm a better driver high than the people on the road around me are sober. And I'm waaay more tolerant of their distracted driving bullshiat.

I've driven high, in rural Mexico, on mountain cobblestone roads, beer between my legs, rush hour traffic, downtown, during Semana Santa, narrow roads with less than 3" clearance from my mirrors to vehicles on either side, in reverse.

So fark, just driving high? I levelled up past that a long time ago.
