I didn't even realize that was Tom Berenger when I watched it.

Well deserved win for fantastic work in a History channel mini-series that was far better than I ever imagined it could be.

It only took me an extra second to identify him, but I definitely did a double take when I first saw his character.

His original quote about the character of Jim Vance was " a raccoon with rabies, a psychopath, a misogynist, and throw in a pinch of Bruce Dern. That's the recipe."

I'd say that's actually a right fair approximation of good ol' Uncle Jim.

I still can't believe Sherlock didn't get ANYTHING. I can accept that Benedict Cumberbatch lost, but to Kevin Costner? Really?

They always picks the actor who plays the guy with a mental handicap. How else do you explain that miniseries other than a bunch of retards fighting over a pig.

He was very good... In general, the show itself was the best thing i've seen on television, maybe ever.

Just logged in for the first time in a long while to say that Tom Berenger is the biggest prick I have ever met.

Maybe you caught him on a bad day. My sis and BiL met him (and were extras) in one of his straight-to-video Sniper movies shot in Thailand a few years ago and had nothing but nice things to say about him.

They could have just skipped the metaphor and gone with "Steve Buscemi"

Ok, you definitely have a vastly different perspective than my kin.

Any details?
