machoprogrammer: Faps_in_the_kitchen: So I have a family plan with 5 phones, 2 are eligible for an upgrade through Sprint. The lines are for my mother and grandmother who just have basic phones and do nothing more than make calls on it. Looks like I'm going down to the Sprint store tomorrow and upgrade both lines to iPhone 5's, pay the upgrade price, change the lines back to the old phones and sell the iPhones for a nice profit.

Why upgrade? Are your phones broken? Or do you just need to have that shiny new gadget?

It tries to make iPhone people look like dumbasses, but ends up making SIII people look like jackasses. They just had to trade playlists, videos/pics right in front of the line. These kind of phone commercials are part of a terrible cycle of fanboyish bullshiat circle jerking that is unnecessary and childish.

Do people actually do shiat like trade playlists and link their financial information to motherfarking Google?

I'm still struggling with this. You're not trading songs, you're just providing a list, right? So the other farker you're sending a playlist has to already have that shiat on their goddamn phone. That would mean they've probably heard all that stuff before. Is this a "OMG, you've gotta hear these songs together, it's beautiful man!" That's stupid. No I don't want to hear your goddamn playlist. Keep your playlist infected herp-phone away from mine.

I'm guessing the idea is that everyone just listens to music through streaming services now? That's the only way I can see sending someone a playlist having anything even resembling a point.
