I agree 100%. In a perfect world the little guys could stay with their mothers in the enclosures, but come on, there are 5 more pandas that would be in the world today if the DC zoo had intervened, including this little guy. Once they start getting the numbers up they can get all touchy feely and worry about bonding and interprative panda dancing.
