Finally a good Spiller run.

That looked like a painful faceplant by Sproles.

I get the distinct impression that the Skins/Bengals game is only going to get more ridiculous.

They should take a collection. Lots of fans would chip in for the "biatch-A-Ref" account, I'm sure.

Nice hands there Randy..

2012-09-23 01:23:13 PM
it doesn't matter because like i said, defense catching the ball in the endzone is still a TD (analagous to defense recovegin a fumble in the end zone) but on teh replay, Wash's body is half over the plane but it looks like he controls the ball about a foot, maybe two feet, inside the end zone.

what a nutty play.

lol... alex smith sacked

2012-09-23 01:23:41 PM
That was a long field goal by whoever the Lions kicker is.

Jason Hanson is money. Just money. Even more impressive since he is 84 years old.

We've secretly switched the 49ers and Vikings defense

Did they really call them out or does Goodell claim to have 16000 pages of evidence and affidavits from two witnesses, that contradict each other, that saw them call them out despite nine other people saying that it never happened?

I have been known, in the past, to say very bad things about Jack Del Rio... and I would STILL contribute to that fund.

There's always alcohol! If he's just tailgating and not actually in the stands he can drink without really following the massacre.

One dollar from each fan in attendance at all games would cover both their fines, as well as the fines for the next coach to do it.

mooseyfate: dickfreckle: Incorrigible Astronaut: knbber2: Of course I just benched Sproles, of course

If you benched Sproles for anything other than a bye week this season, you sort of deserve it.

Sproles is an extremely reliable player, both as a fan and in fantasy. What cracks me up is that the guy is like this tall and still trolls the sh*t out of everyone.

Spiller's kneel down and prayer after he scored lasted about 0.05 of a second. If I was God I'd be insulted enough to blow his knee out next time he runs the ball.

fat aristotle: Chad Greenway just crushed Alex Smith for a sack.

That was weird. It's like Smith was paralyzed and just accepted it. But Greenway closed that last 5 yards in the blink of an eye

Well this feels as weird to type as it probably does to read, but I think I'm gonna go watch the Orioles game for a while. Back by the late games, and absolutely here for the night game. :D

REALLY, SAINTS?

"someone has to win this game, right?"

2012-09-23 01:26:27 PM
I think the Browns are still asleep in bed and they found some drunk guys in the stadium and dressed them up in the unis.

Saints O-line feels like doing their jobs today, that's nice.

Even more impressive when you realize the Lions have only had two field goal kickers since the start of the 1980 season.

I was watching ESPN pre-game and that's pretty much part of the plan. He takes a ton of sacks but in doing so doesn't throw stupid passes that get picked. No turnovers is good but dang, those hits will take their toll eventually.

Harv72b: Tickle Mittens: How good do you think Aaron Rodgers is on Monday Night Football?

I've got him penciled in as 10 > the Seahawks.

Not that this is indicative of anything but Rodgers is 0-4 on away MNF starts (because of his play predominantly) and in general, Green Bay plays worse against the spread after a big win. Just sayin'.
