Death walked into a hospice and and told one of the most greviously suffering patients, "I've come to take away all your pain, and free you from your prison of debilitation. But you must do something for me, go see a Jaguars game."

To which the infirmed replied, "And if I say, 'No?'"

Wow, the Colts are really desperate to fill out their depth chart.

Take him down to the hospitality room and let him drink with the ESPN guys.

Well, he's a Colts fan. Guess how high school teams tend to pick which game on the schedule's going to be the homecoming game.

Clearly you've never seen the ESPN guys.

Lucas Oil Stadium hosted NCAA Finals in 2010, my father got media passes (works for a sizeable media company in the state) and we went. There were seven levels of access, and media guys had 6 of the 7. People wearing ESPN polo shirts were at the complimentary bar drinking heavily - like enough to impress a Farker. Cameramen, audio people, stat feeding people, and all kinds of behind the scenes folks were pretty damn liquored.

Hey, at least he has a really good chance of seeing his team win.

I'm sick and tired of these touchy feely feel good stories.

Life is about death and dispair. The Holocaust. Bosnia. The weak being eaten and disemboweled.

So, that's why they use a lot of slow motion.

shiat. Now I gotta root for the Colts this week.

I still hope they don't make the playoffs. I mean, this guy hasn't exactly had it rough over the last ten years. Let some of the teams that never get a shot make the playoffs for once.

They did mention the Jaguars, though, so - still counts!

Shouldn't we disembowel them first, and then eat them?

Did you not watch the NFL last year? One year of the Curtis Painter Era managed to fit in about a decade's worth of suffering for us Colts fans, thanks.

That said, I don't think you have to worry, I don't see us sniffing a wildcard spot...
