TDWCom29: ChipNASA: ChipNASA: xxmickeyxx: StaleCoffee: Anybody know what's he posting to facebook? The news is nice and vague about it.

looks like some of the posts on his FB were removed.. like the poop out the window post..

I was just on the FB page and the poop reference is still there.

POOP COMING OUT!!!

[i.imgur.com image 408x351]

/poop still there...
//good times man, good times.

That's a different "poop out the window" comment, questioning why someone else posted "POOP OUT THE WINDOW". Hence the ?s. The original comment, alas has been deleted.

Yeah, my image was deleted too so someone else must have reposted it.

/Going home to hug the wife and kids. These are frightening times.

Dude, I once finger banged a girl at a punk show where a friend of mine was playing who once went to a steelers game in buffalo and got a Heinz Ketchup stain on his white pants, which is made in PIttsburgh!

/Going to go home and hug my real doll

He should make the hostage poop out the window. Then, after the hostage gets shot in the ass, he can text: "LOL, yall see dat. I just made that mafrkka get shot in the azz 'n' shiat."

2012-09-21 01:03:52 PM
annnnd - he's off FB.

Poked by sniper?

Nick Spiceyweiner: ProfessorOhki: I've got to say it's interesting, but it's a terrifying precedent. I mean, when people create hostage situations like this, they want to be heard. Social media essentially gives you a megaphone. Wonder if we'll see any copycats.

Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if this leads to a system where Facebook & co., at the request of law enforcement, can force someone's profile to be friends-only, so that they can gather info on the circumstances than lead to it, while still taking away their soapbox.

/interesting times

Page is gone now.

Confirmed....no more fun on FB

WhiskeyBender: unchellmatt: KarmicDisaster: Has FOX blamed Obama for this yet?

Give it time. Give it time.

Bets on who the first pundit will be to come out and blame the president?

Glenn Beck, he has been quite lately.

Well, to be fair, it's Obama's fault the hostage wasn't carrying a gun to protect himself. As for the gunman - he's a veteran, and who's the Commander-in-Chief? Who was responsible for appointing the Secretary of Energy, who is responsible for managing the Department of Energy, which is responsible for the oversight of Three Mile Island, which nearly destroyed Pittsburgh yesterday, causing this poor man to crack?

Mark my words, NBC will be blaming Obama for this before the day is over.

My grandfather grew up in Pittsburgh before going into the CCC and eventually moving to Detroit in the 40's. Man, I need to go back to Michigan and visit his grave, this has shaken me up a bit on a personal level.

SwiftFox: Why would anybody hold someone hostage in Pittsburgh if it meant they had to stay in Pittsburgh themselves?

Outsourcing of hostage-keeping operations may be an economical solution that does away with this problem.

Listening to the scanner app on my phone. Outside of the obvious situation, there's a report of a white male, approximately 50 years of age, that is intoxicated and just urinated on East Carson Street in the Southside. He is now laying on the sidewalk. Any locals want to bet that this is near Jack's?

I drove through Pittsburgh four years ago on my way to Botcon. This is really hitting close to home. When I get home, I'm hugging my Optimus Prime.

If the scanner also said "suspect's pockets are filled with pickled eggs" then it's a stone-cold lock.

I grew up in New Jersey, which is really close to Pennsylvania, although not the part of Pennsylvania where Pittsburgh is. And I drove through Pittsburgh once, but not in the car I have now, but I'm still gonna go home and hug that car 'cause it's all I have.

Taking hostages and admitting he's gay - it's been a busy day for this guy.
