Hoo boy - a laundry list of charges like welfare fraud and check kiting?

Yeah, this is what passes for dangerous criminals these days . . .

Well as long as they die, in a ditch, gunned down by machine gun fire from Federal law enforcement, then okay they can be Bonnie and Clyde otherwise they are just Vicki and Vance.

Amy Lynn Blanton was indicted on one count each of fraudulent schemes and one count of conspiracy to commit fraudulent schemes.

I'm perplexed. If found guilty of Fraudulent Schemes then it should be assumed there was a conspiracy to commit. If found not guilty of Fraudulent Schemes, can still convict on conspiracy? Just because you heard someone say, "I'm gonna fraudulently scheme someone?"

With the plethora of places referred to as 'Bloody Mingo' in the world the odds of it not being in West Virginia are.... well, not so good.

From TFA: "At the beginning of your government, you had control of both chambers of Congress, and yet you did not introduce immigration reform."

No. No. This is utter, complete horseshiat, and it's high time people stopped using it as a reason to beat up on the democrats. Due to republican shenanigans and the death of Ted Kennedy, the dems had a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate for less than six months of the two years they supposedly "controlled" it. Even if you control the throttle, getting significant legislation written, through committee, and passed by both houses in six months is tough.

Please, Bonnie and Clyde. More like a low rent mickey and Mallory. Have a great time in prison chumps, 25 years should wipe those smiles right off.

Couples Jail sounds like the beginings of a reality TV show...

I could also see a judge "I hear by sentence you to marriage, to last no less than two years and no more than life."

I lived not too far from Mingo when I was going to University. That whole area is a shiathole.

I expect it has to do with your level of involvement. For example, if you're swindling someone and I know about your plans and offer to help drive you to the scene and hide the cash, I didn't really commit fraud myself. So they make these various conspiracy and accessory laws to catch the supporting roles.

yeah, was thinking it must be nice to live in a town whose worst criminals are a couple of two bit hoodlums.

no murder charges? no rapes? no dead children? no attempts to pass instant grits as real grits?

Anytime subby mentions banjos playing he would be referencing the movie "Deliverance" that was filmed in Georgia. Therefore, using subby logic, West Virginia! Simple.

That is some pretty fine logic there sport. Because there are no hillbilies or banjos or inbred mutants in West Virgnia, I assume that most of them moved to Memphis.

In Mingo county, they probably consider going to jail a Family Reunion.

Too bad bluegrass doesn't have a gangsta/pillbilly category.

I see the butthurt hillbillies have already arrived in this thread. Yes, WV is a shiathole. Yes, it is mostly due to the people who are from there.

The two trailer park rejects in TFA picture were only busted for selling pills and from what I gather they got into a tussle with somebody over it. The rest of the laundry list of charges to others is no more interesting then any other felony article.

/Lived in WV for a year doing mission work. Still amazed at how people live and treat each other sometimes. Saw LOTS of abuse across all ages.

Lyall = Lie-all, I guess.

/It's pronounced Lyle, which isn't as funny.
