So? He is just stating an obvious truth.

It's too bad there isn't some 20th century example of what happens when the far right gains power, so that we could learn from the past.

Well then, form a coalition of the willing and invade the U.S. to rid us of our Republican party, if it's such a threat to global stability.

Just a reminder, Republicans held our credit rating hostage for political expediency, and we had our credit rating downgraded because of it. The rest of the world looked at what the Republicans were doing, and decided we just were not as reliable as we used to be.

We only have two political parties. It is more than safe to say 'a really interesting critique of AMERICAN economic policy. Most of the world doesn't know shiat about our political system, they're just seeing HALF of the United States elect a bunch of extremist politicians.

America freaks out when the Middle East does it, and then doesn't expect the rest of the world to freak out when we do it.

They should have already been doing that frankly. After 8 years of W, and the debut of the Tea Party as a ... *shudder*... political force, the signals have been going out for some time.

The Australian treasurer, Wayne Swan, in an unusually blunt criticism of US politics weeks before the presidential election, said "cranks and crazies" had taken over the Republicans and posed the biggest threat to the world's largest economy.

They should be charged with Economic Terrorism and sent to Gitmo.

Get the Teabagger's for aiding and abetting Terrorists and send them too.

Viable third party rises.

Fox News viewership drops so low that all sponsors leave and they go off the air.

America is a better place.
