WHAR GREEN TEXT BIRTHER, WHAR?

I don't care what documentation exists giving credence to the issue, but I find it impossible to believe that woman is a natural born member of the human species.

Obama isn't going to win Kansas whether he's on the ballot there or not.

But taking the incumbent President of the US off of their ballot would make them look like utter fools.

So what's the end game?

If I had to guess, it's to slant the popular vote so it looks like Mittens won more than 50-percent, leading to accusations that Democrats cheated when Obama wins the electoral college.

However, the legality of it is in doubt, seeing as how Obama has produced 2 documents that have been signed off on as legit and filed to have his name on the Kansas ballot before the deadline.

In short, Oily's going to try to get a book deal or a speaking deal, and she needs to throw the rubes some red meat.

I've always thought Kansas was crazy enough.

I almost hope they do, just to shine a light on the crazy. As far as electoral votes, it won't make a difference.

I think it's because she's trying to get other crazy birthers in other states, states that matter for example, to follow suit...

She knows Kansas is a Red State, but she can't sue to have him removed from the FL ballot... But if she wins, then she can motivate other crazy birthers to follow suit.

I'm not saying her plan will work, especially given how slow the judicial system works in some states, but at least she believes she's onto something...

The Australian treasurer, Wayne Swan, in an unusually blunt criticism of US politics weeks before the presidential election, said "cranks and crazies" had taken over the Republicans and posed the biggest threat to the world's largest economy.

Swan, one of few world leaders able to boast his country had avoided recession during the global financial crisis, also labelled the Tea Party wing of the Republicans as "extreme"

It is funny that the birthers are latching onto an actual former Soviet to try to remove the pretend Soviet that exists in their minds.

Birthers are so funny. I laid into a few on WND pointing out how their tactics were typical of denialists and the outrage was palpable.

One almost took it as a personal insult to his patriotism and trotted out that he had a purple heart so therefore... I'm not really sure what the therefore was except that somehow I shouldn't question, confront or belittle his stupid beliefs because they were heartfelt and patriotic. Or something.

That's a bit highbrow in terms of what they react to. I typically mention Al-Qaeda as being responsible for 9/11 then crack open a beer and watch the derp frenzy.

You should've asked if he got it by taking a mortar shell to the brain. That would at least explain it and give him an excuse.

Citizenship comes "primarily" through the father, the objection said.

You're gonna get some hop-ons: Since when does "citizenship come primarily through the father"?? I mean, I know you can't ration with the irrational, but still...

Yeah, that part is completely crazy. From Wikipedia, but with sources:

For persons born out-of-wedlock (mother) if all the following apply:
1) the mother was a U.S. citizen at the time of the person's birth and
2) the mother was physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year prior to the person's birth.

The checklist is a lot longer if the unwed parent citizen is the father:

1) A blood relationship between the person and the father is established by clear and convincing evidence;
2) The father had the nationality of the United States at the time of the person's birth;
3) The father was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions prior to the child's birth for five years, at least two of which were after reaching the age of 14.
4) The father (unless deceased) has agreed in writing to provide financial support for the person until the person reaches the age of 18 years, and
5) While the person is under the age of 18 years --
* the person is legitimated under the law of his/her residence or domicile,
* the father acknowledges paternity of the person in writing under oath, or
* the paternity of the person is established by adjudication of a competent court.

There's no situation in which "citizenship comes primarily through the father," not in US law anyways.

And unless Orly is somehow alleging that Obama's mother isn't Ann Dunham, there's no scenario in which he *isn't* a US Citizen.

2012-09-21 07:04:13 AM
Can someone please explain to me why Orly Taitz - a California dentist and lawyer - is allowed to object on the ruling of the Kansas Election Objections Board?

You see, you fark nuts? You dip your toes in the Derp Swamp, and now you got an alligator locked onto your foot. Good job, Kris Kobach and the rest of you farking trolls. "Oh hey, this will be funny, a friend of my brother-in-laws is going to petition us to take Obama off the ballot, we'll get our names on CNN and stuff, it'll be awesome". Now you're gonna have to deal with this harpy.

She slept with hundreds of black men and snuck overseas in secret to sleep with thousands of them in Africa. As per the law at the time, that automatically revokes a white woman's citizenship.

YEAH! It's THE TRUTH that Obama's mother was a full US Citizen so it doesn't matter whether Obama's father was a citizen or not, nor where Obama was born, and is hence completely eligible to be President!

So the LHC dimension switched me, so now I am no longer a US citizen (rather a Bizarro US citizen) and can't grant my child citizenship? Yeah! that makes total sense. Did its effect ripple back in time to mess with Obama as well?

Okay, one more time you fracking ass-nozzles!

From wikipedia

Birth abroad to one United States citizen:

For persons born out-of-wedlock (mother) if all the following apply:

1.the mother was a U.S. citizen at the time of the person's birth and
2.the mother was physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year prior to the person's birth.[9] (See link for those born to a U.S. father out-of-wedlock)[8]

So, let's apply a little Occum's Razor to this: What's more believable;

a) That a single mother in Hawaii was able to get her secret Muslim, communist child a forge birth certificate, steal an SSN from Connecticut, and have son circumvent the entirety of the United States investigative abilities to have her son accend to the highest office in the land so that he could enact the policies of a moderate Republican

or b) stupid people are just making stuff up.

Do they seriously think that no background check was done on a candidate for President? Do they seriously think that Home Depot has better hiring practices than the U.S. Government?

/what am i saying, of course they do.

Interesting is that Taitz lawsuit is against Kris Kobach, the Kansas AG

Kobach is the author of all those Anti-Illegal Alien bills they used in Arizona, Alabama, and a few other states. His illegal alien laws have been overturned more in court than Taitz birther lawsuits. Figure Kobach would understand....

Taitz is wasting time in Kansas. If she really wanted to muck things...she needs to sue a local election official in Florida, Ohio, Virginia, or another state that is a toss up. Getting Obama off the ballot in a medium-sized Florida county would win the election for Romney...if you know your Constitution

Pretty sure depriving people of their right to vote for a candidate that has properly filed to be on the state's ballots for reasons that amount to nothing more than conspiracy theories is not constitutional.

Once again, UCFRoadWarrior, you fail.
