(Slate)   It's not all bad news for Romney today. He did spot a ray of hope in the Sunshine State. Let's just hope he doesn't overreact and start wearing a yarmulke and spinning dreidels all of a sudden   (slate.com) divider line 94

From his next speech at a Florida retirement community

"So, the guy wanted $900,000 for the ballet horse, but I 'you people'd' him down to $800.000."

Today's Good News for Romney: A poll released today by the American Jewish Committee suggests that the chosen people's love for Obama is eroding. Jews tend to veer Democratic, but only 69 percent of the Jews in Florida are prepared to vote for the incumbent.

Yeah.... That's some "ray of hope" all right.

Obama's support among Florida jews is down to 69%.

That's a ray of hope?

He will be successful in pissing the jews off by before the end of next week.

Mitt Romney cried at the end of Schindler's List. Not for the obvious reasons. He was just upset at the idea of a business owner who had people begging to work for him for free still going broke.

I doubt Sarah Silverman is worried.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will appear on Florida TV stations in an ad sponsored (we think) by Romney fans.

Bibi didn't make a campaign ad. A group called Americans for Security or something like that is making the ads using clips of Bibi peeing his pants.

I thought it was illegal for a foreign nation to interject in an American election.
Every nation seems to be weighing in on the American election:

'Cranks and crazies' have taken over US Republicans, says Australian minister

The Australian treasurer, Wayne Swan, in an unusually blunt criticism of US politics weeks before the presidential election, said "cranks and crazies" had taken over the Republicans and posed the biggest threat to the world's largest economy.
Swan, one of few world leaders able to boast his country had avoided recession during the global financial crisis, also labelled the Tea Party wing of the Republicans as "extreme".

Yes. Since Obama isn't winning all demographics by 125%, he is losing badly.

The right's election plan boils down to: 'Obama isn't perfect, vote republican.'

Probably by a SuperPAC. It's not directly for a candidate, so it's all good. Probably. If a US citizen encouraged him to do it, it might be a violation of the Logan Act, and maybe we'd see an indictment for violating it. After all, it's so popular that we've indicted people over Logan as recently as Francis Flournoy's in 1803. And our long history of these indictments goes all the way back to Francis Flournoy's in 1803.

Benzion Netanyahu was a permanent resident of the US and Benjamin went to high school here and college. Benjamin Netanyahu may still hold permanent resident statues with US government. Which for all purposes except voting makes him American

Wouldn't there be a percentage of non Jews who wouldn't take kindly to being told by a foreigner who to vote for?

It's nowhere near that. It's pretty much just the residents of Del Boca Vista in Broward. But unlike the goyum, their voter turnout is probably close to 100%.
