I'll admit that in the past I probably spent too much time on exes facebook pages, but I eventually outgrew it and just learned to move on.

I found that the amount of time I spent on their pages was directly related to how amicable the break-up was and who was responsible for ending the relationship. If I was the one ending it or if we were still friends (or at least on good terms in some way) I didn't really care what they were up to. If things ended badly or I was the dumpee, I'd visit their page more often, usually under the guise of finding some pathetic reason to despise them more. I know it was petty and pathetic, but at the time I just didn't bother examining my actions. Now, I just don't bother. (probably because I make an effort to end a relationship maturely and before things get nasty)

Actually, watching my ex-fiance-turned-cheating-whore get fat was extremely satisfying. Looking at her older pics and depressingly thinking "someone else gets to sleep with that =(" turned into "haha someone else has to sleep with that LOL"

I dont pay much attention to any of my exes but one. She was not a great person. I dont FB stalk her at all but we do have friends in common and I will hear bits of info now and then that make me glad I have nothing to do with her. The main guy she was cheating on me with their marriage lasted almost a year but hey they got a kid out of it.
