I'm needing video proof

Useless without pics.

Also, stewardess trifecta in play.

Since it was American Airlines, you can safely assume that as well.

2012-09-20 09:33:51 AM
From what I've seen on airlines recently, most likely there were rippling waves of cellulite and partially edentulous mouths involved.

"It was incredible, totally unbelievable that there was such little professionalism between these women," said Marge Lopez.

Really? REALLY? I can't believe it doesn't happen more often...

I was actually on this flight and heard most of the argument. What I gleaned from the noise behind me (they were yelling really loud), is that either one stewardess got peanut butter on the other stewardess' chocolate or the second stewardess got her chocolate in the other's peanut butter. I can't say for certain which it was because I didn't see it happen and they never reached an agreement as far as I could tell.

That doesn't sound much like the American Way. I bet they weren't Glad Your Here to see the fight.

/flew too much on AA last year...

I don't want pics of the catfight. The internet has set unrealistic expectations for that.

What I want is pics of an unrealistic reenactment using attractive females dressed inappropriately for working conditions.

Yeah. The hottest attendants I've seen in the last fifteen years flew for Virgin Airlines, but I don't even know if that's still true.

2012-09-20 09:45:48 AM
It was a farking one hour long flight. Couldn't you have kicked one of them off the flight and got on with your business?

Jesus.

American just filed bankruptcy with billions in the bank for the sole purpose of boning it's employees. They are cutting thousands of jobs. They're slashing the pay and benefits of those who stay by huge amounts. Lots of jobs are being outsourced.

The pilots just had their contract cancelled by a judge and the company was allowed to unilaterally impose their own terms. The mechanics are having entire maintenance bases shut down and the work will now be done in china. The flight attendants are taking pay cuts so bad that some may qualify for food stamps.

Consequently, the airline is falling apart. Cancellations and delays are off the charts. Airline is blaming it on a "job action" by their selfish employees. Guess they don't realize that employees are the heart of a company and when you take a huge steaming dump on them, things won't run as well anymore.

Southwest is usually early, runs a great operation, people love flying them, and they make boatloads of money. They also treat their employees well and pay them great. Who woulda thought that concept would pay off.

It's been my experience that the smaller the plane, the bigger the 'Flight attendant'

"If you're going to fly a trip from Dallas to someplace and you have a choice, and you have to be there on time or within a reasonable amount of time ... why take a chance on American?" he said. "Why take a chance on [if] a flight's going to be delayed or canceled? Go on somebody else that doesn't have that problem."

Amen. I fly between Dallas and Corpus Christi all the time, and American is the only option. Over the past two years, my success rate of getting out of Dallas on time is well south of 50%, with a handful of cancelled flights mixed in. NEVER book yourself on the last flight of the day; they get cancelled like clockwork.

I saw a stew recently that was as beautiful as any that I saw on international flights back in the 60s recently. I was amazed that she was 1) in such a low paying job and 2) working at all. I figured she must have a boy friend who wanted a cheap airline ticket connection but wasn't willing to bone 50 year olds for them.

95629: American just filed bankruptcy with billions in the bank for the sole purpose of boning it's employees.

Then make it a national security concern to have all maintenance performed by US citizens on US soil on an non-contract basis. Having someone from a hostile country fix a plane does not mix. In addition substandard parts and labor will be introduced to First World planes.

/Still will fly American
//Won't fly Delta or SWA for their own screwiness
In addition, it is one more reason that bankruptcy should never interfere with labor relations.

Consequently, the airline is falling apart. Cancellations and delays are off the charts. Airline is blaming it on a "job action" by their selfish employees. Guess they don't realize that employees are the heart of a company and when you take a huge steaming dump on them, things won't run as well anymore.

That's a result of the regulations favoring businesses over a balanced relationship. Fix the regulations such that workers are on a more even footing and you fix the problem. Kill RTW (or neuter the things it enables by counting contingent & part-time labor as unions) and kill outsourcing through indirection penalties.

Southwest is usually early, runs a great operation, people love flying them, and they make boatloads of money. They also treat their employees well and pay them great. Who woulda thought that concept would pay off.

Unlike Southwest, you dont have to gamble for a seat twice for the cattlecar plane.

If they really did treat their employees well, they would be in a non-RTW state.
