(Daily Mail)   Letting women 'test drive' larger breasts before getting a boob job has led to them picking even bigger implants. Of course there are pictures   (dailymail.co.uk) divider line 133

Wouldn't that be just like getting a temporary tattoo?

This obsession women have with larger breasts, to the point that they get these enormous implants, is astounding. I mean is that what they think we really want? Some Frankenstein monster boobage?

The bigger-boobage thing looks nice but is obvious upon contact...

I dunno. It is probably like guys who stuff their pants. I don't dislike fake boobs but real ones (smaller, but real) are so much more je ne sais quoi.

This might actually be cool if women were not forced to keep them covered Pretty much always.

Meh. I just hope they pick boobs that still look like they fit her body rather than being cartoonishly huge. And that they provide pictures either way.

That's just udderly rediculous.

As someone who is "graced" with naturally larger breasts (DD-DDD, depending upon the cut of the bra) I gratefully wish that I could go down about two cup sizes. I wish backaches and endless days of expensive bras and shirts that looks horrible because they're too big to get the shirt that they want (has happened more times than I care to count).

Of course, big, natural boobs trumps them all.

Tell me about it, I can't go a week without ripping yet another pair of boxers and I wrote off briefs a long long time ago. Then there's the problems with dating, ladies constantly pretend to be into me but after the one-night stand they bail back to their real boyfriend or whatever, every weekend I try and its always the same. I'd gladly go down to a even a standard 8" if it were possible, all those guys with average members are so lucky.

I saw a girl yesterday who had to have had implants. She was 5'8", had a slender waist (what's tiny for women? 20"?) and frame. But her breasts were as big as my head.

And is it really surprising people go a bit bigger with the bras? They get the volume and size they want, which leads to the attention and self confidence they want, with none of the actual hassles or pains of 'real' large breasts. They just snap off the bra, and don't have to try to work out, do daily things, etc.

And on average, women who tried out their breasts chose implants 30 per cent larger than they first planned - at least one additional cup size.

In other news, women who get breast implants are often stupid and insecure about their looks.

Wow, I am so glad I don't have your problem but I know quite a few wonderfuland vibrant women who are that size and the discomfort and back pain really do suck. That said, I am wondering if insurance covers a reduction? If not, it really, really should. You shouldn't have to live with the discomforts.

Also,it appears that the bigger the fake boobs, the lower the self-esteem.

Boob shopping was awesome. For starters, my wife and I went to alot of strip clubs and got alot of private dances to find out who the good doctors are and to see their work up close.

Then, we go in for a consultation and every girl working there is hot. They give us a book with before/after pics with all the relevent info (b cup done with tear shaped implant with 400cc..etc...) My wife picks out what set she likes the best and the smoking hot girl working with us says 'Oh! Those are mine!'. She also walked on me attempting to juggle 3 implants. I mean how many times in your life do you get the opportunity to juggle breast implants? Good times.

I was against the implants but I'm also not complaining about them. If done right, they look really good.

Almost all "breast related back pain" is actually indirectly caused by being out of shape. As mentioned above, my wife is quite slight and carries a 32H. She does yoga, pilates and pole dancing classes twice a week and never has an ounce of pain or discomfort.

And really, the generalities about women who get their boobs done is pretty mysogynistic, so if you are thinking you are white knighting feminism - you are not.

I seem to remember my mother's friend getting a reduction and it being covered by her insurance (this was over ten years ago). I remember my mother saying that a half-gallon of fat was removed from each breast. I do not remember what her starting bra size was, but she went down to a B-cup. She called my mother and exclaimed "Oh my god, they're perky again!".

I have considered a reduction several times. Returning to a C-cup would be heaven; I have had to pass up many shirts that I would've liked to buy because my cleavage either (a) pulls the shirt up resulting in the shirt exposing my belly all of the time, and/or (b) the shirt binds my boobs so tightly that it hurts, and/or finally (c) in the instance of this silk shirt that I bought at a Chinese store, I stretched the seams on the side stitching and heard a few snap. It sucks; I really like the shirt and I can't wear it :(

i have lupus and secondary Sjogren's Syndrome. While I admit that I do not always mind my posture I am in fairly decent shape. A good bra does go a long way with stretches and upper-body strengthening. So while exercising helps, having autoimmune diseases sometimes renders that point moot.
