Bad Subby, this is old. His new vid is taken in San Fran.

The soundtrack was good.

Yeah, great stuff that came out a year ago. Still worth a watch.
Take a look at the other Concrete Circus vids that this was part of. Kilian Martin is just beautiful to watch.

Seen this before, probably here, but that's fine with me. Always worth another look, and it's been long enough to make it fresh again. This guy's really good, and deserves more than one look.

On a more general note, I want to say something that I know won't be welcome or well received by many people, but it really needs to be said: Those who are doing it, please stop complaining about 'old news' and 'repeats'. Remember that it's modmins, not submitters, who make the call on such things; they're only human, but they also have their own reasons, and except for very rare cases, it's not important what they are. As more than a few people have pointed out also, the fact that something is old doesn't mean it's necessarily old to everyone, including to the modmins; I think it very rationally follows that something a modmin finds fresh in some way (even if it's *objectively* not 'new'), others will also. There are few of us who can't or haven't caught everything there is to see, so we can appreciate the second or third chance. And, like the example here, some things are worth repeating. You also can't claim any hardship: Even by #firstworldproblems standards, this is a pretty petty complaint; you're already on Fark, so you can't complain about your valuable time being wasted. Finally, all that aside, what *is* indisputably irritating is the complaining itself. Other than what I have to assume is a brief ego boost to the person who gets to publicly proclaim that they saw something before, or can accurately read and compare dates, it does nothing but irritate everyone else. It drags down the thread for everyone, no matter how right you actually are. So please, just stop it. Thank you.

Subs here, I knew I've seen Danny Mcaskill on here before, assumed it wasn't this one when I didn't get a bad kitty; either way, this vid and song kick ass. So, never hurts to share (or re-watch every few months as I do).

Time to track down the SF vid alluded to in the boobies

I was hoping this was a new one, but like the others mentioned, here is the San Francisco one.

I wish more cyclists were like this guy

He's just preternaturally good though. Most people can't even come close. Hell, I'd say he's eclipsed Hans Rey, (though I'll bet Hans rey is more fun to ride with, especially on his B-day =D ) TFA at least flows and is a single video, I prefer that style to the quasi interview style of the SF vid. Though given I live so close to SF and know th streets so well, it holds a special place in my heart.

Yup. Seen it before, still watched it all the way to the end. Absolutely not a waste of my time. I do hope his tetanus shots are current, if he keeps playing in Rust City.

Ben Howard- The Wolves

i it is also 'old', but his clip 'way back home' is excellent: Link

These videos, TFV, way back home, Danny Mcacaskill vs SF are so fantastic that my girlfriend, who isn't a cyclist (yet) was not only willing but excited to watch these videos multiplee times this weekend while we took a little vacation. Danny boy here, he is simmply amazing. I've never seen anyone else with his Skills. And while Hans Ray may have laid down the ground work for others to ride upon, Danny is clearly more talented already.

I'm rambling, danny and his bike are unmatched.

Come, now. The complaints are part of the flavor of Fark. Like cilantro in your salsa, but a bit wilted and unwashed so there might be some grit and a few tiny bugs. Still adds to the bouquet.

New to me but I wonder how much editing went into the process.

Anyone remember (and/or have the link) to the video from a few years back with the guys bouncing stuff off the walls and appliances in their flat and catching the stuff in their shirt pockets, etc.

Pretty awesome but edited like crazy because of all the mistakes.

I don't think too much for a few reasons.
A) A lot of his tricks are in fall and die territory.
B) He's got mad skills!
C) In the "way back home" video there is a scene where he is doing jumps and tricks off a wall/ledge onto a grassy field and you can see his tire tracks in the grass. After he's done 3 tricks there are only 4 tire tracks, and I assume the first was a simple basic jump to make sure the grass won't fark him up when he lands because of how slippery it is. In the San Francisco video you see that he cares deeply about slippery surfaces
