Wow...Texas longsnapper was youngest ever to be in Delta Force.

That's some badassery right there.

netweavr: I get the impression that Alabama is about to stand alone at #1

I know it's way early in the season, and the amount of outrage and butthurt would be epic, but, at this early date in the season, it's looking like it could be LSU and Bama again.

Now don't get pissed, I ain't saying it should happen, just that it might.

Man, that movie's like 25 years old. How in the hell does he have any eligibility at his age?

Does anyone look like they could challenge Alabama yet? That and the way Georgia has been playing the first quarter or two of games is killing me this season.

And Badgers give up a 36 yard dragon to the 15 yard line. Great job of learning from your mistakes! (under review)

LSU doesn't even look that good. I mean, I don't see anyone being close to Alabama at this stage. And I normally hate on the SEC like no other.

Yes, I know it's still very early.

Krymson Tyde: You wanna know the strategy behind Doug Flutie's pass? "Y'all go deep and Imma chuck it as far as I can.".
The teamwork? "Yeah, okay Doug."
The execution? "Hey, Miami farked up, there's the ball! I gotta catch it!"

Yeah, there is not much strategy involved in a hail mary, pretty much its keep anyone from tackling the QB, he heaves it down field, and one of the receivers tries to catch it or tip it to another WR. Rarely do those things come together which is why people go apeshiat when it happens.

Wait, what?

Utah State with a HUGE pass to extend the drive and get in field goal range. Remember kids: It's 16-14 Wisky.

I will giggle like a schoolgirl if Kiffin blows his chance to get whipped by Bama in a few months.

If Richt could get his teams to show up for the entire game instead of the last 2.5 quarters then UGA may be a threat, until that happens, no.

The time they played bama a few years ago really pissed me off, if it wasnt for the first quarter and a half they would have won, that is why I have resolved myself to never believing UGA will win a NCG while he is there, he just doesnt get his team ready. The only game he ever had them amped up early was the florida game during teebows last year I think, and maybe the auburn game in athens when they blew them out.

And now Utah State is going to go for the field goal to win... and their PK has yet to attempt a field goal all year.

steamingpile: Wait, what?

They were just talking about the longsnapper in the Texas/Ole Miss game.

Here is an article about him.

Also, while reading that...holy shiatballs.

- Worked at refugee camps in Darfur
- Coached autistic children through therapy sessions
- Joined army after 9/11
- Tried for and joined special forces after basic training
- Bronze star for [won't mention service]
- Walk-on in 2010
- Redshirt and then earned scholarship

Damn dude. Save some experiences for the rest of your life...

You're right, but don't neglect to factor in the felatin*U of the SEC.

*Is that the right word?

And the Badgers win it on a missed field goal.

God I hate how right that sounds. You'd think Murray and Co could get them selves pumped up considering how high the ceiling is for the group, but you're probably right.

Pac12 refs make a mistake. What a shock.

Wait for them to blow the review, too.

Not having the right angle might fark USC.

They'll reverse that call.

2012-09-15 11:15:49 PM
You can't overrule that without another angle.

Tal
2012-09-15 11:16:14 PM
Dang it.

2012-09-15 11:16:29 PM
That's the wrong call, you can't assume his foot came down in bounds even though it probably was.

2012-09-15 11:16:38 PM
Oh well the Cardinal can still pull this out.

2012-09-15 11:16:57 PM

this, farking terrible

wrong call, but wrong to overturn with that evidence

2012-09-15 11:17:12 PM
Wow, they did make the right call.

Still tough, Stanford's D has been lights out, and the O for USC has stood for overrated thusfar this season.

You can if it's USC.

It's only the 3rd week of the season and this game has all the drama of a NFL playoff game.

2012-09-15 11:18:30 PM
I'm sorry, but I know what standard feet/shoes look like.

Unless some sort of hybrid chicken-man was on the field, his foot was not OOB.

At this rate, it won't matter. Stanford STILL destroying them. And a holding call on USC.

No... no, it doesn't.

That penalty just saved USC their time out and cost them nothing. Blah.
