Those pics and Amanda's recent driving record -- DUI arrest, multiple hit-and-run allegations -- have several cops worried she's going to kill someone on the road.

IF ONLY THERE WERE SOMETHING THEY COULD DO!

I'm not sure if she's a trainwreck or not - although the Fark evidence seems to be that she is. But in this instance...

FTA: According to our camera guy ... Amanda was attempting to cover her face when she love-tapped the other vehicle

...maybe if the farking paparazzi weren't being assholes as usual, she wouldn't have to try and cover her face while driving.

err ma god, just take her car away

I think they should lock her up...in a room with me...

/although I might regret that...wait...let me look at my hot/crazy chart...

I really don't understand why the authorities can't just arrest her. Two hit and runs and proof of driving on a suspended license. You can't tell me they don't know where she lives. Had it been any one of us -especially a non-famous brown person, a no-knock warrant would have been issued and executed by now and we would be in the pokey.

Yes, it's paparazzi's fault.

Listen, if she's behind the wheel and she hits someone/something it's her damn fault. Full stop.

If she's that sensitive to yet another photo being taken she should have someone else drive so she can hide under a blanket.

Well, honestly, since she has a suspended license, she shouldn't be driving in the first place. So, if she had actually paid attention when the cops said "You've been a bad girl, no driving for you!", she wouldn't have had to worry about paparazzi trying to take a picture of her illegally driving and had to hide her face.

Yeah...Except she driving on a suspended license....She's not supposed to be behind the wheel at all regardless. She can afford to hire a driver.  It's her fault.

I know it's TMZ, but frankly you could still read the article if you're planning to act all puzzled and shiat:

It's unclear if the other driver reported the fender bender to cops

Photo doesn't have a clearly identifiable image of her, no witnesses or involved persons filed a report. That's happened to all of us. Well, the tapping someone, realizing there was no damage, and moving on with our lives part, not the (allegedly) driving on a suspended license part.

If the photo was clearly identifiable and given to the cops or the other driver filed a report, she'd likely be in jail.

THEN FARKING THROW HER IN JAIL! WTF?

As someone who inadvertently drove on a suspended license (failed to pay a camera ticket after moving to a new state), it was awesome to get pulled over and have to get out of my car and have both my car and my person searched, not 50' from my place of work.

The least Amanda could do is have sex with me to make up for it.

That's how that works, right?

File that under "signs you may be living under an authoritarian state".

The girl is clearly messed up. For public safety, if she requires a ride, I will give it to her.

And its still her fault even if she was a passanger, because the driver would be trying to speed away from the paparazzi.

A picture from inside her BMW from E Online. Puke, spilled cocktails and beverage stains... Snack foods and old Cheetos in the upholstery. I hope she takes better care of her vagina than she does her car.

I could probably find something to do with her, but it would have to involve Asian tickle bondage, ass play or consensual petting zoo farm animals.

They need to throw her ass in jail. Let her sit for 30-60 days and maybe she'll get her shiat together.

She needs some time to chill out. Her parents, if she has them, need to step up and take her home.

Or put her in jail.

GET OUT OF YOUR farkING CAR AT LEAST.

Oh noes, don't make the young, pretty white blonde girl take responsiblity for her criminal actions!

i don't know the lady, but she must be a real asshole. In all of these accidents, she is alone. Why can't she find a friend to drive her car or even ride with her. She's like a ghost haunting the roads. Stay off the streets! Be cautious! Or else Amanda Bynes may tap your bumper and blow a cloud of dirt weed in your face. Hell, if she flies me out, I'll drive the broad around town. Apparently I'm her type as well.

*sigh* This is what I get for trying to use common sense on the internet. Should she have been driving with a suspended license? Of course not. Has she been treated with kid gloves for being a "celebrity"? Probably. Should she have focused more on driving and less on hiding? Definitely.

But in this case, she bumped into another car in a parking garage lightly enough to cause no damage.

Good point. Have we ever considered that she may in fact live in her vehicle? That would answer some questions.

I've said it in all the other AB threads- this girl absolutely WANTS to get caught. She's literally BEGGING to be picked up and thrown in jail/rehab/etc.

What I'm not understanding is the vagaries of California state law. I can guarantee you that if she were doing this in NJ, she'd have been arrested WEEKS ago. Cali is one straaaaaange place.

Those pics that TMZ took of her were pretty sad. I get the impression of a very unhappy, messed-up woman. I hope she doesn't really fark something up because of all the attention she's getting now, on top of whatever is wrong with her in the first place.

Or maybe she's just having a bad spell and will pull out of it. It looked worse than that, though, and I know my messes.

I've never been in trouble (and never been a celebrity for that matter) while in LA so I don't know how that aspect of the town works But one would think that the cops and especially the judges wouldn't stand for celebrities getting special treatment, especially in LA.

I use the term "celebrity" lightly, as I've never seen anything she's been in. Useless anecdotal evidence to be sure, I'm probably not in her demo but she seems to be a B lister at best. Maybe in the logic of their drug-addled mind this is all a publicity stunt with these chicks. I mean, look at Lindsey Lohan's filmography. How many people would be talking about her at all if she wasn't in the news every day for something stupid she did?

Well, you certainly illustrated my point nicely. To anyone with common sense, it would have been readily apparent that I wasn't "making" it anyone else's fault. Many situations have multiple people at fault. Pointing out one individual (or group)'s fault doesn't excuse anyone else's.

That's all this is...attention whoring on a very dumbass level.

But yes, she needs to be thrown in the slammer, because eventually this AWing is going to get someone really hurt.

Sure, you weren't making it someone else's fault by suggesting that paprazzi doing their jobs in public places wouldn't have caused the fault. Go with that.

Nailed it. It is almost enough to make you feel bad for the girl.

The only conclusion, as already stated, is it must be a cry for help.

Too bad... I would love to drive her around LA, roll her joints, sit on her face, etc...

Heh, nice, "doing their job". But ignoring that for the moment... How exactly is the concept of "more than one person can be at fault" so confusing to you? Or, let's ask it differently, if there were no paparazzi there, and she had no reason to cover up, would there have been a collision (using the word in its most generous sense)? With the answer to that most likely being "no", why shouldn't they share the blame?

Bhruic: With the answer to that most likely being "no", why shouldn't they share the blame?

Because they did nothing wrong? Because they did nothing more than photograph this twit while she once again got herself into trouble while behind the wheel? Because she has a growing track record of this stuff, with or without photographers around? Because thousands and thousands of other celebrities manage to deal with photographers with those photographers somehow causing them to hop behind the wheel without a license and swerve into nearby cars?

Maybe a better question would be, why should they share the blame? I'd certainly love to hear the argument.
