Regardless of all of our differing opinions on Apple, I think we can all agree that the author of this is a twat of epic proportions.

HeartBurnKid: The beautiful thing about Android is that, whatever you want, somebody makes it. Want a gigantor phone? You got it. Want something a little more pocketable? You got it. Want something with a hard keyboard? You got it. Want a phone with two screens? You got it. Want a phone that powers a tablet shell? You got it.

That's all great. You can get any type of Android phone you want. But if you get the hardkeyboard, do you then make fun of the one's who don't? I mean, your point seems to be that one can get whatever he or she wants. But what if her or she simply wants an Apple? Why make fun of them any more that you would make fun of someone who got a Samsung instead of an HTC? What if I want a closed system because I like knowing that every app I download has been vetted by Apple? What if I like the iPhone because it does everything that *I* need a phone to do for *my* needs? Why hate on that? I couldn't care any less what type of phone you use. I really couldn't. Why do the Android users seem to care so much about what other people use?

Steve Jobs -was- Apple. It failed without him, he came back, it succeeded. Now he's gone again, and you can already see the dust and pebbles falling.
There is not one thing that is "breakthrough" or innovative about the iPhone 5. All they've done is caught up to where Android was 18 months ago. What Apple still has though is marketing and the name. Through just name recognition alone, people believe that they're on the cutting edge, just because it's new.

What is innovative? The LTE? The Galaxy SII was LTE before the iPhone 4S even came out (android is now on the Galaxy S3, which buries the S2 even). The bigger screen? The Dell Streak did that years ago. The resolution isn't even as high now as the leading Android phones. The software is incredibly dated looking. No functionality on the home screen. Just static images.

I'm really surprised you're not on the inside scoop with the talk of the town this year. Read the comments on any iPhone 5 article on the engadgets and gizmodos of the internet. Everyone is talking about: the Nokia Lumia 920, the flagship Windows Phone 8 device.
While Apple is still trying to sell resolution, Nokia has now moved on to refresh rate. The 920 will have wireless charging, whereas the Apple CEO says that wireless charging is "confusing".

Nokia and Android are leading the way, iPhone is now playing catch up. And they're failing at it. Sales will still be strong, but it won't be what it was. Mix in Apple's very unethical business practices, and you have a recipe for a decline of yet another empire.
