Eh... a majority of people have probably done stupid things at that age, even ones who generally know better. It doesn't make them stupid people, it makes them young. To be fair the one that was tweeting didn't seem like the brightest bulb in the set, but I wouldn't wish death due to stupidity on anyone their age. They should get the opportunity to learn restraint by experience, as most people do.
