It's pulled pork, strips of spiced ham, and smoked bacon, slathered in provolone, on fresh baked bread.

That's their title dish, and they didn't even try selling that to Adam Richman when he swung by for a Best Sandwich in America. They gave him seared beef tongue with green onion, and it nearly won his competition. Consider that!

They're pretty darn awesome.

Amen, was actually just coming here to post this but you beat me. If I'm gonna eat ANY kind of food, regardless of how tasty - please, PLEASE do not format it so that it's actively stupidly difficult. Form, function, all that good stuff. When something looks wonderful, we want to be able to eat it! Not spend time playing Jenga with the farkin' thing to figure out how the heck we can consume it without just picking all the pieces out. If I wanted to do that I could stay home and have some bacon and skip a step.

Why do people like onions and/or pickles on their burger? They hide the flavor of the burger, which is the whole point of eating the burger. Bacon is the epitome of a good topping, tastes great, enhances flavor without overpowering it. Onions and pickles are like anti-bacon to me. Also lettuce sucks.
