Maybe she just didn't want wine. I'm sick of people automatically assuming that the first time you don't drink, it means you're pregnant. I had a family friend do that about a relation of hers the other day. "So-and-so didn't have any wine at our last get together. I think she must be pregnant!" I just replied with "Well, I'm glad she learned to control herself, you know after what happened last time ..." and walked off.

Also, Mountbatten-Windsor is only used for those not directly in the line of succession; and William, as the second in line to the throne is quite firmly in the line of succession.

Last year/earlier this year it was claimed she was pregnant because she didn't eat a certain kind of bean/nut paste. Because noone has allergies or taste preferences, or in her case, she's probably trying to keep very slim so they won't get on her case for being fat.
