Obama must be destroyed. So anyone who shows any sign of humanity vis-a-vis the President - like this Republican small businessman who gave Obama a bear hug yesterday when the President stopped in his pizza joint - must also be destroyed.

They're attacking his Yelp profile and voting down his business in order to convince people that it's not a reputable business, and ultimately hurt the small business owner financially.

All because he hugged the President of the United States.

Here's an example of what they're doing to him on Yelp, a site that's supposed to rate how well the man operates his business:
Well.. I'd eat there but after seeing the owner grab our leftist President I felt compelled to disrespect his establishment as much as the President disrespects our constitution. Shame on you Scott Van Duzer for thumbing your nose at all the small business owners this President has disrespected for the last four years. I guess you DIDN'T BUILD IT!

I hope you're prepared for many more Yelps like this!!! Maybe you weren't thinking, or maybe you are the only liberal pro Obama business owner, who knows.. but you won't get mine or anyone else's business for your treachery.
Let me recap. Democrats boycott your business because you used the proceeds from your business to take away their civil rights, such as the Mormons did in financing Prop 8 or Chick-fil-A did in financing officially-designated hate groups. Republicans boycott your business because you got excited to meet the President of the United States.

Now, now, that's not true. Republicans are boycotting his business because he is committing high treason. In reality, this is a gentle punishment since he should be publicly flayed for betraying his country.

Oh, if anyone is wondering, it seems that all of the negative reviews have been taken down, but so far, all of the over 400 positive reviews from today are still up.

These are the people that say Obama hates small business.

RexTalionis: Meh. Yelp has been deleting the 1 star and the 5 star reviews because they violate the terms of service, so in the end, nothing is going to happen to this guy's Yelp rating.

The point is not that the guy's business is suffering. It most likely wont, hopefully. It's that this is how the extremist right reacts to anyone showing anything but disgust and hatred towards Obama.

I do when I'm somewhere I've never been, and don't know any locals to ask. It's either that, or draw the names out of a hat. That's how I ended up at Bob's Crematorium and BBQ Ribs that one time.

This is the conservative's favorite type of protest- in involves sitting at a keyboard so they don't have to get off their fat asses and get out the hoveround. The latest conservative protests- going to see a movie about Obama and eating at Chic-Fil-A pushed their activism to the limits.

Yelp pulls bad reviews if the owner pays them. It's useless.

Well, look at it this way: of his existing, and likely modest, clientele, he MAY lose a handful of extreme derpists. At the same time, he'll be attracting new customers from the pretty much unlimited base of people who hear this story. Even if it's only locals, it's still a lot of people. The worst the haters can do is not eat there. That won't undo the effect of all those who do.

In short, it seems to me like in the end he'll gain far more than he loses, here.
