"The Department of Defense does not conduct electronic or physical surveillance of journalists,"

Of course not. It's the NSA that does that. Duh.

jayhawk88: hoyt clagwell: "Journos"?

Is that the Greek word for "journalist"?

Please stop this NOW!

It's a legal definition thing, kind of like how Lunchables have to call their cheese "Cheese Food" instead of actual cheese. They're not actual journalists, they're "journos".

They're not delivery. They're the journos.

Right, like today's "journalists" are any threat to the government. Hell after 9/11, they were nothing more than unpaid cheerleaders for the Department of Defense and that was 10 years ago. Have you seen the crap they report lately?

The party's over, people. Since you bent over and said "Put 'er there" after 9/11 - our own government blowing up its own citizens, in order to start a "war" with Iraq, an innocent country - and didn't demand their prosecution, the freaks behind the scenes now feel they can do anything they want to you. And the media is "happily" complicit.

Thanks!

You could always start asking questions now...
