Di Atribe: Is that the same stadium the A's use?

Well, blame Al Davis for that

Yeah. They left L.A. for that. Ugh.

becksellent: kteela: Missed the Baltimore game, but had updates on my phone. Yaay Flacco!!

Go Raiders, I suppose. I don't think I'm allowed to root for them anymore, but I'll do it ironically.

Hey kteela. :) Yeah, Flacco had an awesome game, as much as it pains me to say that, lol.

/hipster football fan? :P

Ha! You were rooting against Baltimore? We are polar opposites in football team tastes.

Does anyone know when we get the refs back?

Harv72b: becksellent: You still around, Harv? Congrats, buddy. :)

I'm still getting over the shock of watching the Ravens use the pass to set up the run. 0_0

It's a long season, and this is only one game. I'm gonna keep telling myself that for a while... :)

For my sake, I hope they completely forget how to do that shiat for the rest of the season. :P They looked scary good.

/I am telling myself the same thing, but for different reasons. :P
//Good game tonight - enjoy the victory! :)

Listening to Berman say McFadden reminds me of Don Adams... which is making me sad.

We're still on Martha, didn't watch any over the summer because the husband worked two jobs. We're getting dangerously close to Blink, maybe four more episodes, so I am anxious to get there.

Bought a Doctor Whooves shirt and a Horton Hears a Doctor Who shirt at con. Won a custom made Dalek blanket the other day. I want to get caught up on the damn series. Also, Rivers might make me cry tonight.

What's the latest on the officiating? Is it pigfarkery of the GB-SF order, or is it merely scab-for-the-course?

I'm a filthy Steelers fan, I always root against Baltimore. :P However, I do respect them, and have to acknowledge they were on fire tonight. :) Good game.

No idea about the refs, though.

I thought I heard Berman mentioned he wanted to, and ESPN decided to humor him since he's never done it before.

Oooooh I like Blink. It's definitely my favorite episode that the Doctor is barely in. Congrats on all the swag! Baby girl gets all the cool stuff in this house. I think I have one TARDIS shirt & that's it. Ha!

And an ep of DW is 45 minutes. You'd hardly miss the whole game for an episode. Or two. HOWEVER if you go watch, then you won't be here with us. Hm..... tough call....

Still has to be an improvement over Week 1 last season, when you got to watch both at the same time. :p

/Too easy, couldn't resist, etc.
//Watching this game is kinda like watching a horror flick. You know it's going to end badly before it starts and that it's not going to be very good, but you watch anyway for the odd laugh & the inevitable bizarre nightmares.

and he knows it.

You know what? I like his calls. In fact, he's too subdued. But doesn't everyone complain that these guys talk too much since it's not radio and I see what's happening? Well, shiat, maybe this will work.

Alright. Watched the US Open Final and then watched bits and pieces of the first game. It was a route so I watched a humorous review of the Dr. Who serial "The Invasion of the Dinosaurs" and a couple HNiC montages.

It sounded like he only wanted it to be a one time deal. Kind of a bucket list thing, and they had a bonus game to cover today.

Maybe if he does well enough they'll use him for a playoff game wildcard weekend, but that's the only other time I can think of that ESPN has two games in a week.
