Come on, don't play like the Stealers, D!

Wow, that was the epitome of the kind of hit that the NFL was trying to get rid of. That guy's getting a fine.

Personal foul - obvious attempt to sever the receiver's spinal cord - 15 yards and a $30,000 fine

hulk hogan meat shoes: Why did they put Cincinnati on Monday Night Football? I know it's divisional, but the only AFC north game that belongs on national TV is Ravens/Steelers.

Bengals made the playoffs last year, so they figured it would be good this year as well. The problem is the Ravens are better.

Alright, here's my FF question for you guys. Should I complete the following trade, I get Jamaal Charles and Pierre Garcon for Antonio Brown and Torrey Smith.

My current RB/WR roster is:
Matt Forte
Kevin Smith
Beanie Wellls
Stevan Ridley

Greg Jennings
Antonio Brown
Torrey Smith
Reggie Wayne
Ashlon Jeffery
Titus Young

/No backup TE

Hai guise what's going on in this thread?

Not liking the score here so far...can we turn this over and get the Andy & A.J. show going, guys? :P

/yes I'm rooting for the Bengals tonight

I would take Jamaal Charles in a heartbeat

And - also - MNF has been the NFL's redheaded stepchild ever since ESPN took it over. SNF gets the good games.

Damn, that was close.

Lt. Cheese Weasel: CavalierEternal: Just swung our league's first big FFB trade of the year. Dumped Brees and Roy Helu for Cam Newton and Stevan Ridley.

Newton is gonna suffer a sophomore slide methinks. You may regret this.

On the otherhand, Helu doesn't add much value. I wouldn't feel the comfortable starting Ridley week to week either, though. I have Newton now but would have drafted brees over him. After week 1 I'd still draft Drew over Newton. I think Newton's problem this year may be for every 25+ PT game he has he also has 3 to 6 sub-12 pt games. I kind of hope Newton has a huge game next week so I can trade him

Di Atribe: FriarReb98: degenerate-afro: FriarReb98: robsul82: Ray Rice, +16. Nice run.

Ray Rice is my FF RB. I approve of this.

I'm playing against someone with Rice, but I still approve.

It's not me, I'm playing against Di.

Grrrrr...... he better not score 40 points or I'm gonna be mighty pissed....

Tony had a career game, my TE is a ghost apparently. I know my kicker hasn't played yet either, but I ain't catching you. :P

They only got in on account of the East, West, and South being dumpster fires last year.

I don't know that I'll need to start Ridley every week, but the big problem there was since Helu was pretty much worthless, the only flex options I had left were Mike Tolbert and Greg Little. When Little didn't get me even one tenth of a goddamn point this week, I knew I needed to make a move. This at least allows for some flexibility, especially if Richardson doesn't pan out or Michael Turner starts to show his age.

Psh. Tony plays like that all the time. He has a career lifetime QBR of 158.2. Y'all just ignore it.

And OK back in reality, my Wes Welker was also a ghost. Tony, Frank Gore, & Wee Dat bailed me out.

The opener should have been Giants vs Ravens since Giants won the sb and Ravens almost made it but since they didn't do that I don't see the problem with this game. Heck Dalton would have won rookie of the year in most seasons.

I have 3 teams with Newton, but Eli as the #2. We'll see how your trade works out, groundbreaking ballsy coach you.

It's not that lopsided. CIN has moved the ball. Obviously they need to start getting points though. Still, I wouldn't feel that bad if I were them entering the half down 9

I missed the open. They need some quality taint, NBC is winning. Faith's mini gave me a boner I still have from last night.

This was done on purpose; NBC paid a boatload of money to get that Sunday Night game to be the premier game. Just think of it more like NBC got MNF (outbidding ABC) and moved it to Sunday and ESPN took SNF and moved it to Monday. Basically, the ESPN game has always been pretty shoddy.

Limitations in PHP's garbage collector and its virtual function implementation make it impossible to relocate threads in that language. Luckily, Fark was recently rewritten from the ground up in Modula-2, so all sorts of fantastic things are now possible.
