The Nationals have done the same three times this season. It's called Pups in the Park here. I suspect it's a common promotion around the league.

St. Louis does it too. It's usually in the early spring before it gets oppressively hot.

i know Oakland did it this year against the Yankees, and Turner Field is doing theirs (Bark in the Park) next week, but I can't recall Yankee Stadium ever doing it in recent memory.
