Had a redlit thread on this yesterday. One of these needs to go green.

I'm shocked this story hasn't had national coverage. She needs to resign or be kicked out.

2012-09-07 11:45:13 AM
Clearly, we need a law where women cannot go out in public without an appropriate male to accompany them.

2012-09-07 11:45:42 AM
What the f*ck is wrong with Arizona?

Jeeze, what made this woman hate other women so much?

The My Little Pony Killer: Jeeze, what made this woman hate other women so much?

I'm 99% sure she's Mormon, so her line of thinking is "If you weren't doing the heathen sin of drinking socially at a bar, you never would've been in this situation." Her "sinful" act of going to a bar caused her to be groped.

Ohh and the guy doesn't even have to register as a sex offender

Here's a follow-up of the victim calling for the judge to apologize: Link

She probably has to pay men to put their hands up her skirt.

Saudi Arabia or Arizona? It is pretty hard to tell.

"Arizona trial Judge Jacqueline Hatch, who was appointed to the bench by Gov. Jan Brewer (R-AZ), "

Surprise!

Well, what do people really expect of Judge Judy? sheesh.

2012-09-07 12:02:20 PM
Really, the cop is the victim here if you think about it. That brazen Jezebel was probably seducing him with her feminine ways, and all he was guilty of is falling prey to her trap.

hadn't thought of that, but that makes total sense.

A much better way to say it would have been "had you not been there".

2012-09-07 12:14:20 PM
And if the victim hadn't been there? There would be a different victim. That's how those committing sexual assaults tend to operate.

Hell, let's play the hypothetical game. . . Even if the victim wasn't there she still could have been assaulted by the same person at a different location.

These crimes don't require a magic combination of perp, victim, location, day, and so on. It isn't a freaking bike lock.

"If you wouldn't have been there that night, none of this would have happened to you," Hatch said.

"It would have happened to somebody else, who would now be in this courtroom today, hearing how it wouldn't have happened to them if they weren't there."

As far as the horny cop, Supreme Court just OK'd the use of strip search/cavity exams by police officers for any reason now.

So combined with the SB 1070 passing, allowing police to stop you if they think you're illegal, with this free license to strip search and fondle any 'suspect', you now have 'Supercop' protection now on the streets of Arizona.

C'mon, you know you want to live here!

I would almost argue this needs to be appealed simply for the complete lack of judicial conduct exhibited by this so-called judge.

This is 100% correct. She is mormon. And she let her religion influence her judgement and comments.

2012-09-07 01:42:33 PM
Well of course it's the woman's fault.

If she had been wearing her magic underwear like God tells us to, the perp's hand would have received an electric shock or something when he tried to grab her netherparts.

I dont wish rape on anyone. Buuuuuuuuuut that judge needs to be raped in a public place and have someone say the same thing to them.

scottydoesntknow: Ohh and the guy doesn't even have to register as a sex offender

Yeah, that part I'm not too torn up about.

\The sex offender registry is an affront to the 8th.

Look for the line that says "The molested woman was then stoned to death." That's how you tell its Saudi Arabia.

Aarontology: What the f*ck is wrong with Arizona?

It's a gritty, arid land that is swarming with cactus, rattlesnakes, and scorpions. It's not as if God wasn't trying to give out a hint.

2012-09-07 06:30:28 PM
All I can say is that I hope someday that judge is walking down the street and becomes the victim of assault. Oh how I wish I could be there to tell her, "It's your fault, really. You shouldn't have been bla bla bla."

2012-09-07 06:32:12 PM
Hopefully some crazy person sees this story and rapes this coont for the lulz.

MrEricSir: Time to rename the state to "Saudi Arizona"

I vote that future headlines that reference Saudi Arizona should use that term.

/Actually would prefer "Saudi Zona", but either way

2012-09-07 06:36:18 PM
That cop should be castrated.

2012-09-07 06:36:29 PM
It seems clear that Arizona is full of loose women.

2012-09-07 06:36:57 PM
"When you blame others, you give up your power to change,"

is about the point where I'd be held in great, deep contempt of court.
