Dragon let Minmin know yesterday that he's still feeling OK (though the fuzzy belly picture that she sent him might be the cause of that) and waiting on dialing down some medicines to test again (in case that was messing with the results). I'm sure sherpa can fill in with more details when he wanders in.

Hey leftie! nice to see you! Thank you for the update. I know Sherpa18 has been inundated with emails, and got back to me several days ago. :) Silly man didn't know how much we all adore him and Dragon....imagine that! :)

BBBB, gd intentions esp mine pave rd to UKnowWhere. Esp when forgotten/overlooked. Meant earlier to wish you well, now that Mrs BBBB is home & into PT (luckily not the kind with push-ups, from college gym class or [shudder] Ntl Svc).
Have fetched all the boxes in from car, Pl may be mad but let him be. Have not begun going thru 'em yet. We'll need a big black trash bag just for what goes thru the shredder (prehistoric bank stmts etc).

They are! I love them to pieces. I am so glad that they were rescued off the streets of Savannah by my friend Brenda and her friends. The boys keep my busy and they make me laugh daily.

Tho am actually awake, cake has 7 min to go to be done. It's so old, pre-heat & actual heat need set higher to achieve desired temp. Just hope it's not over-baking, it's to be auctioned tomorrow with a buncha other desserty stuff to Raise $$ for our Youth Quartet to go to SwAdelinesIntl competition in Denver in Oct. Final yr they'll be eligible, eldest mbr ages out this yr.
Forgot to offer sympathy to TheIceQueen for dropping futon on her toe & wrecking nail. She needs to win Powerball to pay off that vet bill, sounds as if.

My oven is just the opposite. I have to set it 25° lower than the needed temperature.

Now if I could just use the control on my oven to turn down the temperature outside. That would be heavenly right now as it's currently 91°. UGH!

With the latter you're more likely to miss a spot or two, which ends up with the cake breaking or sticking to the pan.

I have had several "tasty disasters" in my lifetime..the last one was the lamb cake that refused to come out of the mold...headless lambs..not so much....

For whatever reason message boards on sites like Fark are forever plagued with morons posting "Boobies" anytime a link is posted. Fark automatically turns the words "Boobies" into the word "boobies" and resets the timestamp on the message to some time in the future so that it isn't the Boobies anymore. Attempts to evade that sometimes result in it becoming "weeners" instead of "boobies".

Yup, cookin with gas! I am making my signature oatmeal/craisin/white choc chip cookies this weekend. I brought them when I first joined Caturday...
