Cards Against Humanity is pretty goddamn fun.

So this author is afraid of pretty much all technology?

Way to stay on top of things, author. Now I have to get my time machine Kickstarted so I can go back in time and fund these bloody things.

2012-09-04 08:39:12 AM
Besides, the documentary already got funded.

I giggled at the screamers reference.

Agreed.

Fusors are pretty safe. There are a bunch in operation right now and I haven't heard of anyone burning buildings down with them.

I hope the lighting is certified to be no-spark, otherwise if the fusor leaks early enough, one spark and bam, you have exploded hydrogen burning down your roof.

Translation: I don't understand anything. I am afraid of everything.

1. An incredibly vast majority of any feasible space elevator design will not be made of metal. Also, just because it is difficult, does not mean that it should be reserved for government agencies -- the whole idea behind NASA's space program these days is to jump-start projects that private industry can take over.

Stopped reading after that. I see from the above comments that the author continued that streak of stupid.

Don't real life fusion reactors just shut down when something goes wrong? Even if they lose containment, I'm pretty sure they aren't going to go off like a nuke like in The Dark Knight Rises.

Entire article: "I'm scared of stuff I don't understand."

So NBC is now emulating Cracked...badly? Yeesh.

Cracked is just emulating the Rotten Library badly, in a spoonfeed-it-to-the-dullards way.

Difference is, you can link to Cracked, while many places (including this one) automatically discard Rotten links.

It's not out yet. It just got kickstarted also. They're editing the footage now, and it should be out by the end of the year.
