Plus starfish and coffee, maple syrup and jam, butterscotch scones, a tangerine, and a side order of ham.

Prince knows that a healthy breakfast includes protein, vitamin C, and exotic seafoods.

FTFA: Following the stunt, Andrew told reporters the "difficult bit was actually stepping out over the edge," but said his training with the Royal Marines had given him the confidence.

I never had a problem at all with Swiss-seat rappelling, like what he's doing (i.e., face-up, walking/jumping backwards, mostly two-handed). Granted, I never rappelled from anywhere near as high as that. Australian rappelling, however, I tried twice and just couldn't either time (face first, walking/running forward, mostly single-handed). Looking at the ground way below you makes stepping out very counter-instinctive.

D'oh! Footgear brand fail on my part (I actually prefer Airwalks myself but Vans and Converse are snappy too).

Yeah. I don't see what the big deal is. Falling 700' of 70' - probably dead either way. I've rappelled from over 200' and there really isn't much of a difference from lower descents. He was probably on belay too, so the risk was probably the same as crossing the street in front of the building.

Now if someone has a solid 750' rope and gets the permits I would happily go down Australian. Sure it would freak me out at first, but as long as I don't screw-up my footing and faceplant into a windows I could get to the bottom in a minute or two.
