I think I've seen blocked punts that have gone farther.

IAmRight: I will apologize for making fun of the person that "was the only one who wanted to watch" BGSU/Florida, which is now the most entertaining game going.

I'd say the Wisconsin/Northern Iowa game is pretty damn entertaining.

I have a few questions about that, why is the punter wearing 95? That's a lineman number. Why is he trying to kick for the sideline when they're that far back? How long did he hide under the bench?

I was just thinking it's too bad there's not a school with the initials AD. Imagine the many possible jokes if they played BC.

Wiki Link says "Kickers and punters are frequently numbered in the 40s or 90s, which are the least in-demand numbers on a college roster"

As for those other questions, I'm guessing that either "that boy ain't right" or "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" (gambling).

Our football team's one claim to fame is that we were the 1994 Div III national champions.

Nope, none of the network channels. Cable is fine(if iffy quality). Network, nope. Between this and the lulzy internet issues, I'm going to go scream at someone on Tuesday.

TheDumbBlonde: Honest. I am southern girl raised on SEC football and a Florida alum. Now, some may argue that isn't big time college football, but I would disagree.

I mean, in New England there's three NCAA programs, and two of them play off-campus (in the case of UMass, ludicrously so). From what I've ever seen, BC is not what I'm looking for either. It'd make the most sense for me to go see one of the NC schools (relatives on all sides of the state), but even that doesn't sound like going to the Swamp or Doak or Bryant Denney or anyplace like that.

Though if I must admit it, the one place I'd love to go is The House That Knute Built. (I am Irish Catholic, after all.)

Wait, are we handing out a Heisman to every college kicker that makes a field goal over 40 yards? Because my team's kicker made a 50 yarder last night and I'd really like to know if I should go out and buy the good stuff to celebrate Michigan State's first Heisman Trophy.

I'm predicting something like 110 yards rushing for Denard, but only 40 passing.

This LSU/North Texas game is going to end up being like a 70-7 final, with a ton of 15 yard penalties on UNT. Looks like they know they're going to get beat and are gooning it up already.

So they're broadcasting it at the stadium, but getting from here to the stadium takes an hour when there's NOT 4000 other people trying to get the 50 spots on the bus that comes every 20 minutes, and the Commuter North is running. (It's about 4-5 miles, and the bus only goes about halfway on the weekends)
