Its rather tiny. The Sears Tower in Chicago is well over 400m.
They must keep 'em smaller due to earthquake concerns.

Does anybody know the Japanese name for it? I can't find it anywhere, but it's not possible for a Japanese word to end with an "s", so it has to be something different....

Found it: [あべのハルカス]. So in Japanese it's "a-be-no ha-ru-ka-su", with a silent "u" at the end...

I had damned well better include an observation floor at the top. I've been to the top of the previous tallest skyscraper in Japan (Landmark Tower Yokohama) and it has nice views. Actually, I should go there again in a few months.

It's probably more space efficient, though- more desks, chairs, workers, suicide, and tentacle-porn/square-foot.
