Try making that economy is "just right" argument to the millions of long term unemployed.

I guess this is what a total absence of bubbles feels like.

so what you're saying is that our corporate leaders are a bunch of wishy-washy cowardly shiats
who can't take a risk unless everything is going their way.

The bubble of money corporations are sitting on? Just wait till that all gets circulated into the economy. Super inflation!

You mean the economy is stagnant due to government obstruction?
But that would mean people in government were holding back specifically for political gain!

It's not a hot economy. It's not a cold economy. It's a mixed up economy.

Ms. Goodkind always had wise things to say.

Because the guy on the left has so much power over getting appropriations through his body..... Both houses unanimously rejected the Administration's last two nonsensical budgets.

Cluestick: The biggest holdup is the guy from Nevada hiding behind the Senate's libel exemption....

The economy is doing great. the stock market is in the stratosphere, corporate profits are at an all time high, and inflation at an all time low. By all Neoconservative benchmarks, the economy is thriving.
No jobs for the peasantry? Who cares. That trickle down crap doesn't work, and never did.
The 1% got theirs, so screw you.

Mission accomplished. Neoconservatism, 1980-2008 - the greatest transfer of wealth scheme in American history.

The Republicans are getting crushed by demographics, but in 2024 you'll still be blaming them for problems with the economy.

Real inflation is actually fairly high - in the neighborhood of 6-7%. Think of how the price has changed for some of your biggest out of pocket expenses recently and see if it jibes with the CPI? Gas and food have gone up, so has heating bills.......They cherry pick the items the CPI is based on to paint the picture they want to present. They don't really try and illustrate the truth.
