I sincerely hope not. There's so much more she can do to for the Republican party.

2012-08-29 06:33:55 PM
Don't you think she looks tired?

2012-08-29 06:38:34 PM
My personal opinion is that she achieved that status some 4 years ago

/YMMV

Remember when she won the Governorship of Alaska and then served her whole term? That was awesome.

Remember when she drove a bus covered in the Constitution around the country, raising millions from people promising to "think about maybe mulling over possibly wanting to run for President" and then decided not to and gave all the money back?

She is a grifter and a charlatan, her credibility, other than to gadfly on Fox, is over.

There was a point when Sarah Palin was under?

I'm kinda mad at Karl Rove. I swore this vapid waste of space would be relevant in 2012 but that ham-shaped bastard was smart enough to distance the party from that poison.

I don't care what ya'll say, as long as she kept her trap shut, I'd plow her like a corn field.

She's the "surprise" speaker tomorrow night. Why else would *ahem* Fox cancel her appearances tonight.

Our long national nightmare is not over.

In a perfect world, yes. Sadly, we don't live in one so.....no. No, she's not.

She should found the Institute of "Clawing Your Way to the Top by Manipulating Stupid Males".

That's my guess. Either way, she's not "over". Romney loses and she'll be hanging out in Iowa and New Hampshire within a year. Romney wins and he'll never be conservative enough for the Palinaniacs. The Tea Partiers will be pushing her to run in 2016. And she'll gladly take their money.

Worry lines and wrinkles. Doing nothing but collecting money off the rubes takes a toll. A guilty toll.

Knowing her, she'll probably retire from the spotlight with 3 years left on the clock.

I'm truly undecided on who I'm going to vote for, but if she does end up speaking at the convention tomorrow night then Obama's got my vote.

No, I'd still nail that shiat...but her time is running out.

I sincerely doubt she has enough of a conscience to feel guilty about anything she does. Especially fleecing a willing public.

Apparently not - Fark Dependents are really disappointed when she doesn't show up. If the liberals don't have a boogeyman, what do they have?

Along with a lot of other Alaskans, she's a sad victim of climate change.

I really hope they drag her ass out on stage this week. There's nothing like reminding people of your past failures when trying to convince them to let you fail in the future.

Palin was a useful idiot for the GOP, but she's outlived her usefulness to them.
They don't want her stealing the spotlight, and they don't want her holding sway over anything.

The whole Palin debacle is one of the most desperate and and insulting aspects of recent political history, and there are still people that can't see through the ruse and still believe that Palin was a good VP selection and would have even made a good president. Just check the comments on that article for clear evidence of undying devotion to her cult of personality.

I will never again consider voting for a Republican, largely due to Sarah Palin. I do not care how intelligent and well meaning the person is, I can not in good conscience support anyone that would willingly align themselves with the party that backed her for VP. The very notion of her as VP is a disgusting insult to the American people. Her selection was a reckless, irresponsible gamble that could have damaged the country irreparably and it was all done as a desperate attempt to win over a bunch of easily manipulated, mouth-breathing, ignorant jackholes.

The GOP can burn in hell for foisting this harpy on us. I hope they all rot.

Ahhh the good old days. People taking this nimrod seriously was part of the wonder and awe of the Palin phenomenon.

I mean really, probably the stupidest politician in a generation, that the right loved. Stunning.
