(Uproxx)   The Daily Show's assessment of Tampa, Florida: it's like a "subway platform in Haiti" filled with strippers and meth. Yep, that sounds about right   ( divider line

Berns Steakhouse is amazing.

But salami on cuban sandwiches is a crime against humanity. I can't forgive Tampa for that.

Tampa established the cuban sandwich in the US and doesn't five 2 farks what do or do not
forgive. GTFO.

Try bringing that smack to Calle Ocho.

Tampa was talking smack to Spain, and eating cuban sandwiches, long before those people knew where Miami was on a map.

I still don't know where Miami is on a map, or Tampa for that matter. Damned FSU education.

NeoCortex42: gaspode: The interview with Rubio was worth watching for. Made a complete fool of himself (lower taxes deregulate heeeerpp) and the shiny smily front cracked rather obviously when Jon actually questioned his statements.

He also kept saying that since the stimulus didn't fix everything, it helped absolutely nothing.

My fave was when he basically said that if only the govt would stop coming up with new laws and junk, and freeze everything in place forever, business could finally spread its delicate, jittery, easily-frightened wings and fly like the the sea.

Pocket Ninja: Last night's Daily Show was terrible.

The Daily Show sucked last night, but Colbert absolutely knocked it out of the park.
