I can't believe how dumb his Twitter feed. I am glad that guy isn't the owner of my team. You're a billionaire executive, it wouldn't kill you to spell out the entire word "you."

I had him on my twitter feed for all of 3 days before I removed him for all of the above reasons.

That said, I'm interested to see how Davis pans out. I think we probably gave the dolphins too much, but he's good enough I'm not balking at the actual price. I think he's going to be worth more than next year's 2nd round draft pick and we really, really need some (any) good corners, especially with Powers and his knee sprain.

I think it is possible the Colts won't be that awful this year. Luck looks pretty good, shoring up the defensive backs, not too shabby.

They should be better than the Jags for sure, and maybe as good as the Titans.

When he's on his game, he's an excellent corner. On good days, he's been able to torture the Bradys and Favres of the world. The problem is that he'll come back the next week and get torched by a nobody receiver. He'll make two great picks and then miss 50 tackles. And, of course, he'll show up to camp out of shape every year, because he's lazy.

All that said, I'd still take him over Sean Smith any day of the week.

Probably better than the Jags, but not by much. Our defense has been getting pushed around a lot by opposing run games, and our offensive line is even worse than it was the last few years. How that is even possible I don't know.

The proper way to state this is 'not as bad as the Titans.' Good can't be in the same sentence as 3 of the teams in the AFC South.
Texans have 7 bye weeks this year.

That maneuver is called "The Reverse Vikings".

I have never really followed the Colts and just looked up the defensive depth chart. I thought they had always had a 4-3 defense. The chart is for a 3-4. Is this the first year for this setup?

Yes, it's the scheme the new coach brought with him from Baltimore.

Thank the football gods -- i was tired of watching my Colts' weary old Cover-2 get torched every week.

I don't know if it's going to be much better this year. We got torched by the Redskins, and they aren't even good.

I'm actually finding myself ready for some Colts football. I thought that the Manning-drop thing soured me, but I'm finding that all of my hate is centered around that lying piece of shiat, Irsay.

So, as long as I never have to hear Irsay speak, I think I'll enjoy this football season. Why anyone would subscribe to the guy's twitter account is completely and utterly beyond me.

Pretty much this.
As a Fins fan, can't say i am a fan of the trade. Especially knowing Irish will probally blow the pick on a DE with a high motor whose probally going to be a backup at best in the league or a WR that can't get separation.,

The Dolphins are going to need that 2nd rounder to draft another tackle now that Jake Long went down again.

I'm not expecting much from them this season. It's a rebuilding year, they've got a lot of new players, and the few veterans still around are learning a new defensive system.

That being said, you can never put too much stock in preseason performance, especially with the Colts.

He supposedly only "tweaked" it - here's hoping.

A much much MUCH more well-run franchise in the last 15 years begs to differ.

Nobody will argue that Robert wasn't a douche bag.
