Just like Lance's situation. Most FBS teams have cheated in some form or fashion when it comes to recruiting, yet the SEC's infractions get the spotlight because it is the alpha dog conference.

The examination has been going on for months.
If Mirando was fired for this, I'd think it would have happened a lot sooner than two weeks before the start of the season.
Redmond is still practicing with the team. If Mirando was fired because of an NCAA violation concerning the recruitment of Redmond, he would have been declared ineligible by now.

I might be wrong, but at this point, I'm not worried.

Yeah, I was hoping this would be Sandusky, Part 2: The Entire Rest of the NCAA.

My favorite college football scandals are the ones where a school gets caught but only got a spot in a second or third-tier bowl game like the Music City Bowl. At least get a national title out of it like Auburn did.

And at this rate, the SEC might eventually have as many schools on probation as the Big Ten.
