So is it October when we can start talking about his religion?

The church teaches that a living person, acting as proxy, can be baptized by immersion on behalf of a deceased person, citing 1 Corinthians 15:29; Malachi 4:5-6; John 5:25; and 1 Peter 4:6 for doctrinal support. These baptisms for the dead are performed in temples.

Seems legit.

So... I suppose all the white-supremacist bullshiat coming from Romney supporters means that Romney's campaign supports white supremacy?

I can say for certain that all the stupidity coming from Romney supporters means that Rommey's campaign supports stupidity.

They're Republicans, aren't they? Of course they support white supremacy.

/but don't you dare call them racist!

So, I'm confused. Does this mean Sarah Palin is now president and Obama has to go door to door handing out issues of The Watchtower?

Bingo, if Romney wants to go down this road, and if Obama were to take the low road and engage him there, I guarantee there's way more offensive fodder on pro-Romney sites than pro-Obama.

Can't we just cut the bullshiat and say Joseph Smith went out into the woods, pretended to read some shiat out of a hat and then started a cult that hates black people and doesn't seem to care for women except as incubators?

Don't forget getting your own planet and being your own god after death, people with black skin are cursed to be so because they choose the wrong side in a celestial war, the native Americans are actually jews, and oddly so are mormons, and much much more!

Because it's just too insane to believe that everyone is a celestial spirit created by space-god sex from the ruler of a planet sent to earth to gain experience as a flesh being when everyone knows the real truth is believing that god made himself into a man and implanted himself into a woman, then was born and did a whole bunch of impossible stuff including coming back from the dead and that coming back cured an ancient curse.

Your beliefs are all equally nutzo bonkers.

Yeah most organized religion has the crazy but something about Mormonism just strikes me to be Scientology like in the amount of crazy the believers will put up with. Also I'm severely tired of being told by my Mormon sister how awesome the church is,how people on government assistance should be treated, how great Rmoney is,how everything republicans do is perfect and blahblahblah. Well if any of that were actually true then why the fark is she living with me? fark her,her asshole husband, her phony religion and every single nonsensical hypocritical thing she manages to come up with.

Uh, hey guys, this is the thread where we MOCK people who post anti-Mormon bigotry on web forums and the media outlets treat it like news. It's NOT the thread where we create posts full of anti-Mormon bigotry and ask why the media won't cover it.

FTFA: The story could end there, but Coppins -- who, like me, has apparently been unsuccessful reaching De Palma -- asked Romney spox Andrea Saul for a comment. She could have said "Why are you wasting my time asking for a comment on post that appeared on a website, written by a nobody?" But she responded!

The news concerning the Obama Campaign's dashboard containing language based on sowing religious division is deeply disturbing. There is no place in politics for this, and it must be addressed and put to an end. But I guess you can't expect any better from a Muslim.

They desperately need to prove that the Obama team is bullying them so that they can justify their own cruel lies.

The cognitive dissonance on the behalf of Romney supporters in Tennessee is amazing.

They've had convince themselves that Obama is Socialist Negro Muslim Satan so their views are more inline with the guy who believes that Jesus lives on the planet Kolob.

Two points:

1.) Thank you to Slate for finally pointing out what a load of crap the BuzzFeed Politics page is. I know it's supposed to be a little bit lighter fare, but it's not even entertaining.

2.) Is "spox" the big new word of 2012? I had never seen it used before a couple of weeks ago and now I can't read a single politics article without wondering why reporters are talking about a candidate's restrictive undergarments.

No idea. I thought it had something to do with pointy ears.
